Ari was super helpful and fun to talk to! She was extremely knowledgeable and recommended us some nice cigars that we loved! This will definitely be a yearly stop for us on vacation from now on, the hour drive from Ormond Beach was absolutely worth it! I look forward to visiting this shop again next year.

Purchased two vapes and both of them suffered a thermal runaway within 24 hrs of my $50 purchase. The vapes became extremely hot and started smoking. I had to take them outside as I was worried about them starting a fire within my home. Smokers depot offers no guarantees or warranties that their products will function after purchase. As a fellow small business owner, I feel disappointed when businesses don’t stand behind their products or support the locals

Outstanding ! Small but solid selection of cigars including Montecristo, Romeo and Juliet, macanudo. Please note the location showed me the wrong side of the street; it is on the west side of a1a right next to Winn Dixie and Bai tong Thai sushi, not on the east side next to Verizon

Just wish they would order Ted bacco,backwoods tobacco flavor or LNW red tobacco, used to get it shipped to my house from a different business,till they made it illegal to ship directly to the customer. but they turned me on to coastal clouds which is pretty good but a lot more money than the other ones.

Just here visiting. Excellent glass quality, clean shop and fair pricing. Sarah helped and even performed “water tests” for the tobacco pipes. It really helped us decide against one we were interested in just because the pull was weird. Tara the owner is super great and very friendly. She stuck to her prices and products and we walked away with a beautiful piece. Thank you Sarah and Tara!!!

I’m a regular at the smokers depot on the island. Walked in to get a disposable vape after they had sold me a broken one and was apparently disrupting the guy behind the counter on his laptop eating while I waited for his attention. Refused to replace my broken vape because all sales are final. I understand company policy, But the least you can do is replace the broken vape you sold me . Said best he could do was half off. So instead of replace my vape, he still charged me for another one. Usually liked this shop but it’s the last time they steal my $$

This shop has the best quality:price ratio, in town! Their staff is friendly and their products are nice! They conveniently have 3 locations in town, all a little different! I love window shopping to see the cool new things they have!
