This place used to be great but ever since this location got its new staff it has been trash. Stuff in isles, bathrooms dirty or closed, staff doesn't seem to care

Short dude that works nights is super rude and steals your points and it always smells like sewage whenever he’s working tonight he tried to charge me multiple times for the same two items then when I said the price was wrong tried to tell me I didn’t know wheat I was talkin about after I went back to the shelf to check the price on said items

RUDE Slow inconsiderate! I will NEVER step foot in this gas station ever! I paid and they helped other people after me I waited asked for help no one did a thing. Finally , the pump came on. They asked a 100 times after I said it 109 times which pump. NEVER AGAIN!!!

7-11 is great always get gas there. I can get up to 25 cents off per gallon sometimes on gas. Love their coffee.

All the male workers except the white guy SMELL disgusting. You would think a national corporation would have personal hygiene requirements. ALSO the specialty coffee machines are always broken.

Double charged and lied too. Went into the store to pay 25$ worth of gas by card. I went to the pump and it didn’t show. Went back inside and the kid working was super rude; said I took too long and it timed out and that it would return to my account. Paid 25$ again. $25 never returned to my account; called a week later and they hung up on me. Never answered my calls. I live too far away to go back.

Why do these businesses have "Pay through the app checkout." When they don't tell the cashier it even exists. I'm tired of people looking at me like I'm crazy when I try to leave with my stuff and show them my mobile receipt. They act like I'm stealing. Pretty sure I would just leave with it and NOT stop to talk to you.

This place is a joke and the owner and their family doesn’t care about the customers only money. Place is filthy old food on top of where the food their serving is sitting. The promotions they have up they don’t honor, Went to get a sprite it clearly stated all coke products 20oz soda 2/3.50. I get to the register they’re 3.50 a piece like you’re kidding me, I just walked out because this place is full of manure

I have worked in retail for a very long time. If a customer brings a sale/promo that is up and not ringing up we would honor it. 7 eleven cashier decided to say NO and not honor it. Bad customer service!!!!!

Went for a fountain soda. Walked in and clerk dropped tongs on floor and just picked them up and used them to place hot dogs on the grill. Then the blow out diarrhea in the bathroom….. shut this place down!

Went into store to buy beer the price was clearly marked in the cooler area. Went to pay and they charged me three dollars more before tax. When I questioned it they walk over and I showed them instead of honoring it they said was not there fault. They said it was the vendor and also said we are a big corporation so that is the way it is. Other then sorry there was zero customer service etc.

New store with the problems of a 20 yr old store. The Slurpee machine on the right has been out of order for nearly 2 months. When asking, they blame it on the managers.
