Terrible experience with this auto shop. The staff was dishonest about the issues with my vehicle, and the technicians showed a clear lack of skill and professionalism. I was given conflicting information, unexpected delays, and explanations that didn’t add up. Overall, this shop wasted my time and thousands in money, and I left with less trust than when I arrived. A+ Garage experience was unacceptable and deeply disappointing. I strongly urge others to avoid this place altogether. The amount of time and trust I invested in this shop was completely squandered. Based on my experience, this place seriously needs oversight and should be investigated for its business practices.

They are trustworthy and professional. Thought I needed rear brakes but upon inspection I have more time. Any other less reputable shop would have taken advantage. They advised me after inspection recommended service I needed and were right on target. Used to religiously use the Nissan dealer for 14 years but I will be a loyal A + customer going forward.

We had some work done years ago they did an awesome job then just FYI. I needed some records today, years later and I emailed the shop. Brandon had them back to me within 5 minutes with a Happy Thanksgiving to go along with it!! Thanks Brandon and thank you to the team for always being their for St Augustine's auto needs!!

Had a great experience with A+ garage. Brandon, my service advisor, was very straight forward and clear on everything. I left them with my vehicle for a week and throughout the process, if there was ever a hiccup or change in the work, Brandon would let me know. I highly recommend A+ Garage and will keep taking my vehicle up there!

A+ certainly lives up to its name. The staff works ahead of your visit to understand the problem, and communicates their availability. The team is professional, courteous and knowledgeable, with fast diagnostics and again, great communication. The waiting room is accommodating. A+ has a great working relationship with their local parts distributors, and can get the parts you need quickly. Fair pricing all around, I can't recommend them enough. Great experience, and glad my wife and I found a mechanic we can trust our vehicles to.

The staff is fantastic. Adam and Brandon are competent and trustworthy. Multiple times my vehicles were brought to the shop with my expectation of significant work that needed to be done.
More than once, I was told it was unnecessary at that point in time, saving me money. Other times, small repairs were completed. These could have easily been made into much larger repairs, which was what I was expecting.
The repairs are typically done very quickly. Often, the vehicle is returned the same day. I recommend dropping it off when they open after speaking to them through a phone call. Any delay in a repair is always communicated promptly and an accurate time frame given.
A comprehensive estimate has always been given before the work is started. This shop does great work and they are honest. I highly recommend A+ Garage. They will continue to get my business.

Took my car to get serviced a long while back. Simple oil change. Adam Pattock serviced my vehicle. Picked up the car, started driving and the check engine light went on. Opened the hood to inspect, and there was literally NO OIL in the engine. How the hell can you forget to put in new oil for an oil change? Only option I can come up with: 1. Intoxication from drugs, 2. Personal vendetta and/or sabotaging car for future repairs, or 3. Complete and utter incompetence.

Brandon is not respectful of the customers wishes, he told me it’s not ok for me to drive my car and have one of the technicians seat next to me to listen to the knocking problem I came in to see them….i got white seats and a very clean car, these guys are definitely not clean, they are going to get my car dirty, turn white seats into black, since they got no cover seats, and I highly doubt they’ll offer to clean it, I’ll be the one stuck cleaning it! Obnoxious service, Brandon needs to learn to respect customers, their property, and work with them not against them. Not taking my business here, and very unlikely I’ll ever consider them in the future

I could not be happier with A+. I was about ready to have the car hauled to the dump. But A+ not only fixed the car but they made it run like it was brand new. They called me when they figured out the problem. They showed me what was going on and they kept me in the loop through the whole process. absolutely amazing to work with. Just really good people who know what they're doing and enjoy helping people.
