I had a great experience with this business. I dropped 3 counted cross stitch patterns for pillows on a Friday, and they were completed on the following Monday! I was blown away! The pillows are beautiful. I will definitely use this business again. The women are lovely who work in this establishment

Unfortunately - what started out good has ended badly. I have been getting my work jackets cleaned here. The most recent two batches came back with lapels incorrectly pressed or hair and fuzz on the garment. I was advised to reach out to the owner for a refund. She said she would look into it and call me back- no refund applied. Very unfortunate for a small business in our little town.

One of my dress shirts went missing, and was never recovered.
I went back to the store to check on progress multiple times and every time was given an excuse that they send clothes out and are not to be held responsible for what happens afterwards, but to keep waiting, hoping it would show up. This went on for a month, with me going in person and calling several times. Multiple times I asked to speak with the owner but was told she's not available, until finally I reached her several weeks later. She again gave excuses, saying I need a receipt of the shirt in order to provide a reimbursement, which I no longer have available. But she did offer a store credit. However, it's very difficult for me to trust them any longer with my clothes, even if there is a credit posted.

Needed uniform pressed. Overall good pressing, but when I got it back there was lint all over the pants and the bottom right leg was all jacked up and I had to fix it myself with an iron.

I’d give 1 star if it wasn’t for the sweet receptionist. Lordes who is the seamstress, I am sure does good work but doesn’t have a customer service bone in her body. Go anywhere but here if you need something altered.

THE BEST!! I was in Florida for a wedding and my dress was too long, I walked in and they hemmed my dress and did a few alterations within a FEW HOURS. The ladies were so nice, very reasonable price, and very fast! Thank you so much!
