I ordered a bike from the manufacturer’s website. It arrived at A1A Cycle Work Friday and I got an email notification Friday night that it was assembled and ready. I picked it up Saturday morning. It rides smooth and the guys in the shop were super nice.

I was fed up with my bike today........my wife persuaded me to go to A1A and see what they would say......my son and she said the bike was too small.... I was riding by when the owner walked up to me and starting helping me..I was in a bad mood........he said precisely what was wrong and offered to fix it -immediately......this never happens.......he worked on it for about 30 minutes .adjusting this and that........and now it is really much more comfortable.....no wrist pain ,no back pain..........Im 71.......... he charged me almost nothing......If you have a bike issue..GO TO A1A!

Ordered a new electric bike from them today. This will be the 2nd or 3rd bike I have purchased from A1A Cycle. Jeff has been in this business for many years and is honest and straight forward. Tess helped me order my new bike and was equally friendly and knowledgeable. Looking forward to my new bike.

7 miles from home with a flat bike tire, no spare tube and 90 degrees sucks. The guys at A1A cheerfully fixed my flat in record time. So grateful for their friendly and knowledgeable service. If you’re buying or need service - make them your first stop.

Super friendly and accommodating staff. Worked with them ordering a couple of new Velotric e-bikes, and they were awesome even though we were ordering over the phone. Highly recommend, and when we are in the area again, will definitely utilize them for any needs we have!

Fast friendly service with a smile! You can test out the e-bikes before you rent or buy one. The prices are a little high but that's what you get in a tourist area.

Tes helped out tremendously, and went above and beyond. Brought the bike in for a chain repair and she fixed the grips, stem, and filled the tires no extra charge. Got the bike back within a day as well. Kindness like that creates life long customers! Thank you.
