Five stars doesn't do this business justice. The staff is amazing and very welcoming. I appreciated not being pressured or hounded by a "salesman type". Patricia is my new best friend and if you're looking for the friendliest, most knowledgeable person in the state of Florida to assist you with buying furniture, ask for her! 10 star business!

Uses intimidation, harassment and fear tactics to get ahold of paying clientele. Highly recommend not using this location. I could understand the tactics used if clientele had a history of not paying or they needed to repossess but to do to a client who pays every month is just wrong simply because they could not reach me on business line/cell. Transferred my account to different location. Miles is rep spoken to on phone.

This place has been very good to me, I make my payments on time so I never have a problem and they repaired my item for me I just know that if you don’t want complicated credit checks and all that this is your answer but I really have no complaints,if you have limited access to funds to pay up front in cash just rent it out and return it when you can’t use it anymore they will pick it up and drop it off…. ? I can’t think of anything easier than that! But if you don’t make your payments on time and they gotta hunt you down well then they are gonna be less than hospitable lol i really don’t think they like showing up and knocking on your door asking for payment just like you don’t like ppl showing up at your home unannounced so make your payments or call and give them a day they can get paid very simple!

IAN and the driver are very rude and disrespectful. They get attitude with you if you miss a payment and they will not work with you to give you more time or understand that you’re going through rough times all they want is their money. They show up at your job harassing you telling you to step outside. Call you later at night, leave aggressive rude voicemails. When you call back the manager, Jan is very rude and disrespectful. Does not even like you did one word and he doesn’t even care just wants his money.
