My wife and I enjoyed the crew ! Great energy, and this is a very clean store. Number 1 Adult store in Saint Augustine. This store has more options than you think. I believe this was the first Adam and Eve location in the States. Great service, hope the Manager is proud. ?

As long as anyone that comes here stays mature and not pervy, it's an experience to see what's new in the adult world. The staff was knowledgeable and informative on which product was right for any occasion.

What a lovely experience. The staff is super friendly & very helpful when I needed help finding things. Which i did bc the store has thousands of items to look at?. I had to leave my bag behind the counter per their store policy, but they were very respectful when explaining it to us & we understood and were fine with it. Shame they have to deal with theft,but it's how the world is I guess. Right now they have Plinko which my friend had a blast playing, she won 15% off an item. 12 days of Christmas or something ? . Highly recommended stopping by.

The ladies tonight were so helpful and so pleasant in making this an easy shopping experience. The lady that helped me I didn't get her name had glasses and offered to open the item so I could see it before purchasing. She gave great tips and genuine feedback on the item I was looking for and know nothing about. I will be sure to return and already let others know to check them out!

First thing we get hit with walking into the store is that My fiance would have to leave her purse at the front desk because they're not allowed in the store. I get that it's a shoplifting countermeasure, but any business that is going to automatically assume I'm a theft risk can screw off. Hustler next door had absolutely no problem with her purse and their inventory is WAY MORE over priced than Adam & Eves already bonkers prices, so they would have more to lose.

i like this place but everyone is rude here. i have been many times and every employee, everyday, any time will roll their eyes at you and give you insane attitude. their main clientele is creepy old dudes so if u have any amount of personality or talk louder than a whisper they will hate you and they aren’t subtle about it.

Went in. Wanted to take a video of something for a friend. Some lady came out of nowhere and told me to delete it in a very rude way. We were not made aware of this rule beforehand, and I cannot think of a reason why this is even a rule. They checked our IDs at the door, which I appreciated, so they know that we weren’t under age. Why wouldn’t we be allowed to show a video of some of their inventory? Again, even if there is a reason, we should’ve been made aware of this at the door instead of being spoken to in such an unprofessional and confrontational manner. Just order this stuff online.

Terrible atmosphere and super unprofessional employees. Just genuinely unwelcoming staff. I couldn't recommend this place less. Especially with hustler Hollywood right across the street. Cheaper prices at hustler Hollywood and much better staff.

Super unprofessional and uncomfortable atmosphere. An irate customer came in and the employees did nothing to diffuse the situation expect laugh him off, then we were approached by an employee asking we not handle the whips unless purchasing... how would I know which feels right without picking it up? Made us feel very awkward and unwelcome.

I was helped by a very knowledgeable and attentive employee who’s name I didn’t catch….im sorry…, clean store and lots of products. But upon checking out the other employee with green hair who was sitting was rude to not only me, but her co worker who originally helped me. I have daughters at home and I couldn’t imagine mine being treated like that in her work environment. I’m still going to be a returning customer but I was shocked in the moment and I hope things are better now with that employee

Veronica is amazing! She was extremely knowledgeable and kind. I was out of my element here but Veronica made me feel comfortable and confident; especially answering all of my questions. I left so happy with my purchases and will definitely be back in the future. The entire staff was friendly! A great experience shopping with them! Thank you guys so much!
