I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for the exceptional service I’ve received at the Adidas outlet, specifically from Jace Bates. I’ve had the pleasure of being assisted by Jace multiple times during my visits, and each time, the experience has been outstanding.
Jace is consistently friendly, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable about the products. Whether I’m looking for new gear or have specific questions about sizes or features, they always go above and beyond to make sure I leave with exactly what I need. I really appreciate how patient and thorough they are, taking the time to ensure I’m happy with my selections.
The positive, upbeat attitude that Jace brings to every interaction truly makes a difference, and it’s clear they genuinely care about providing the best possible shopping experience. I’ll certainly continue to return to this outlet because of the excellent customer service, and I’ll definitely be recommending it to others as well. very rude cashier
I went there to return the underwear which is i bought for my husband. They won’t return it.they say that’s for the health reason they cannot refined the underwear, even if you don’t wear it at all.

Manners are free and just because you are a outlet store or string of stores doesn't mean you should treat people rude and snobby. The prices kill you and I wouldn't bother going there if they were giving the stuff away. Wasn't thrilled over crowded and parking and traffic were yuck.

Called the store to see if they had soccer balls. “Yes we do”. I get in the store they got 1 ball. Seriously? Drove miles to get a ball. They only adidas store in the region and they had one ugly ball. They suck!
