I recently went in to get my key fob battery replaced wow what an amazing job Anna Marie did she took apart the entire fob replaced the battery cleaned all the gunk out of the edges cleaned the buttons and it has never looked nicer 100 star service great job

Very poor customer service. Entered this store on 7/10/23 at 7:45 pm to buy a starter. One employee on the phone assisting a customer while the two other employees were not doing anything important that I couldn't be helped. The employee on the phone finished helping the customer on the phone and hung up. He then told me that someone would help me and walked away. Who is going to help me? Waited 15 minutes for poor service. Oreillys 2 employees up the street both greeted me and helped get what I needed.

Dropped in to find a particularly difficult rear window wiper for my MIL's car (many on Amazon were a bad fit in spite of inputing the correct make/model and year). BJ found the correct wiper and came out to install it just to make sure. Excellent!
