After noticing that our break lights weren’t turning off and we were far from home vacationing with our young kids I started googling for a solution. Hoping that we just needed to change the break pedal pad we headed to Advanced Auto Parts and thankfully we came across Mike Jr. who graciously helped us figure a solution to our problem. Mike jumped right in and helped me out. Great customer service and all around good guy. We thought this would be the end to our vacation and thankfully Mike saved the day! If you’re looking for good and honest people this is where it’s at. Thanks again Mike Jr.!

Great experience getting my car battery replaced! I’m always a little nervous getting my car serviced as I don’t know a lot about cars. Mike tested my (very dead) battery, explained my options, and replaced my battery in no time. I wasn’t expecting to get this fixed so fast and easily.

After the AAA person came out and told us we needed a new battery and he had one for $267 we opted to go to Advance Auto. I told Mike we needed a new battery and he asked "are you sure? Let me check" The battery was fine just needed some corrosion removed which Mike did and the car started right up. In today's market all to often the focus is the bottom line but Mike was out to help. We need more people like him and rest assured all my auto business will go to Advance Auto on US 1 South St. Augustine
