Customer service awful. Cashiers super rude. Didn’t greet me, didn’t take the security key off my shoes. Be better. Waited in line for 20 minutes.

No returns. Bought a pair of swim trunks and went back the next day just to exchange it and the rude lady behind the counter informed me that it's a swim suit. I said what do you mean? She says we don't take returns on swim suits. I said I would like to exchange them for a different pair or different size. She said we don't do that.... Spend your money somewhere else!

Buyer Beware!!! I try to shop local because we all live here and need to support each other. I live about a mile from this store and will order from some place else in the future. I purchased this item for my wife for Mother's Day. She used it once. It broke the second time 15 days later. I tried to return it and was told, no returns after 7 days…seriously? I admit, I grabbed the wrong receipt when I went in but I had the item and original box.
By the way I found the original receipt, it’s in the picture.
The manager just kept saying, we don’t take returns after 7 days, it’s on your receipt…if I’d read the fine print, I’d have walked out without buying a thing…But sure enough, that’s what it says…
If I had seen that, I wouldn’t have bought it in the first place.
Apparently, according to the manager, they have signs all over. I can’t say I saw signs, and I didn’t look. When I came in I was looking to buy something and not read signs. On my way out, I was too upset to check!
It’s about a $12.00 item…keep the customer happy and give the customer a new one! What did you pay for it, maybe $4.00 at the most?
Again, Let The Buyer Beware!
I’m not spending money here again. I’ll post a pic. Since I can’t vote zero, I had to leave a star. Sad, very sad over something so little.

I just purchased an item and it was very poor quality.
I went back to return it within hours never used it. They said no returns or refunds. Customer service is 0 at this place.
