I’m giving one star because one of the employees, Bianca, was so rude not only to customers but to other employees as well. I cannot believe American Eagle accepts this kind of behavior. I will also be bringing this to the attention of corporate.

I went in today looking for a warm jacket.The salesperson was knowledgeable and professional. ( A guy originally from Yonkers.)He showed me the jackets and mentioned a way to save money as well! What a great wayto encourage sales! I would highly recommend this store. Keep on hiring such wonderful sales people as well!!
