Well, they had what I was looking for.I went back on today (3rd March, 2023) there was another customer in there that I asked question, the lady jumped out her chair so fast, as if we couldn’t talk in her store.She also followed me with her eyes from the time I got in there, and especially after I said something to other customer (unrelated to her business) until time I checked out.Made me feel kind of uncomfortable.

The man that works there went above and beyond helping match my drawstring pony tail to my natural hair he even went as far as to help me match a better hair dye for the pony. This will be the only store I ship at for hair care and I will recommend it to everyone I know.you have given me my confidence back. Thank you.

Since this store was bought out I have had to start moving away from coming here. First, you should come knowing everything you need to know already. They are not as knowledgeable as the previous owners and the products that they are selling now...no. I feel like they are selling what they want to sell instead of what I want to buy, even in the context of this store. It's a shame but I think I'm going to have to start going elsewhere.

Well I don't feel the pictures online are a fair depiction of the inside I think it's much more disheveled I realize that they just bought the place but you know boxes in the floors and things in the way yes they definitely cater in the wig department they don't have much in the way of nails I went in there looking for a kolinsky brush they do not carry them and yes they seemed helpful but it's just to me it's kind of drab looking

So, they changed Ammar to Epik Beauty. Not cool. Different owners. Had to go somewhere else. It's not the same and I'll spend my money elsewhere. ???????????????????????

I'm a hairstylist here in St Augustine. The previous owners who were here for about 40 years were awesome and hard to see go. However the new owners are definitely the right pick. They offer new products, I no longer have to drive to our neighboring city (Jacksonville) for anything because they now carry it all. They are very friendly. Stop by and see them
