We had the absolute pleasure of working with Andy Butler for over four years while considering a move from San Francisco, CA to St. Augustine, FL. Moving across the country was a big decision, and what stood out most about Andy was his patience, thoughtfulness, and genuine care for us throughout the entire journey.
Each year when we visited St. Augustine, he took the time to show us homes that were carefully filtered to match our interests. He never wasted our time with homes that weren’t a fit and never pressured us or rushed our decision. Instead, he let us move at our own pace, making the process feel stress-free and enjoyable.
Even though we were across time zones, Andy was always incredibly responsive, whether it was a late-night text from California or a quick question about a new listing. He balanced staying on top of new homes hitting the market without ever overwhelming us, which we really appreciated.
When we were finally ready to place an offer, Andy guided us through each step of the process with clarity and confidence. As first-time homebuyers, we had plenty of questions and needed quite a bit of hand-holding, and he handled it all with patience, encouragement, and professionalism.
We are now happily settled in our new home in St. Augustine, and we know it wouldn’t have been possible without Andy’s expertise and support. We can’t recommend him highly enough - he’s not just an outstanding realtor, but also a genuinely kind and trustworthy person to work with.
