I was shopping today for a suit and Sandy was such an amazing help! I totally felt like she had my best interest when she help me select styles that were flattering. She went over and beyond to make sure I was happy with my outfit.

This is my favorite store, all the sale representatives are very nice and helpful, I always buy very classic clothes with excellent quality. They always help me to find clothes that fit me well and assist me to check out, thank you to all of them !!!

Was just in this afternoon and Heather helped me try to find a pair of pants in my size. She was super helpful and even willing to order my size online for me with following up with a phone call. Great customer service, attentive and willing to assist me!! Thank you again!

I avoid clothes shopping like the plague, but Molly helped me with some very specific things I needed and she was terrific. Lots of sales, and I found a coat, which was the primary goal. Nice store, helpful associates (I noted how other shoppers were being helped), and a very good variety. I would shop here again and ask for Molly, but I would go earlier. The mall gets very busy in a hurry!

Was just in the store, left then called to price an outfit. There was nothing else like it. I described exactly where it was and I asked if she knew which one I meant, she said no because we changed things around all the time. I was just there! She Said describe it again. I said no. Poor Customer service.

I’ve shopped here for years and online. In my recent visits, there is a poor selection in petites! The petite options havedrastically declined. In addition , you can no longer return online products to the outlet for return, how inconvenient. Step up your game in the petite section.

Friendly attentive staff. Clean. Ample space in changing area. Great with my kid as she offered her a seat. Not as big as I thought it on would be. But nice none the less.
