I never had good looking teeth. I've had problems galore. I decided to get dentures. Great move on my part. I chose Aspen
and now I have a beautiful smile and suffer no more. Love my new smile.

Sanitation practiced is not safe.. Assistant holding my daughter mouth open with a gauze pad and then placing it on the counter and again returning it to her mouth. X-rays are blurry and should have been retaken. Hygienist didn't explain procedure before probing and measuring for periodontal exam my daughter gums were cut and got infected after this visit.
Dr saw her at this same visit gave her a referral. At check out window we were told the Dr called in meds for an infection in which we were never told about. But surely needed antibiotics after because of this visit and no meds were ever called in.
2 stars because no one was rude just not right.

Just was seen today and everyone was so kind and they explained everything very well. X-rays were quick and easy. Office was so clean and everything was organized. I immediately felt comfortable. And thank you Emily for everything, Ronnie

Terrible. My daughter is home for one day between her summer internship and college. I called to book a cleaning. This was apparently with their call center, not the office. We came in and they said she was booked for an exam only. On top of this Her insurance was confirmed with the call center and when the office checked they said the dentist was not in her network. Totally unprofessional, worst incompetence I ever saw.

After months of going to the Palatka Aspen and not being able to wear my lower denture due to pain from rubbing on my gums. I was in St Augustine and thought, I may as well try this office. One of the techs ( Kendall) who was in Palatka got transferred to St Augustine. She asked me how I was doing, I told her about my lower denture problem. She told me about getting 2 implants and they would snap on my denture. I never was told about that in Palatka. The Dr in St Augustine prepared me for the implants. Today I went back and he said I would have my lower denture (implants) by the end of the month. I am so happy, its been a long time since I had upper and lower teeth. I can't wait!!! Thank you St Augustine Aspen Dental for taking good care of me.? ?? PS Kendall no longer works at that office, so if anyone knows where she is, please let me know.

This was the best dental experience I've ever had the workers in this office go over and above to take care of you will recommend anyone that needs dental health please try them out u won't regret it
