Pick this location! Gabriela and her team are amazing and knowledgeable and helpful. I don’t enjoy phone chores, but they made it fun—even when there were tiny glitches in the process, the problem-solving skills were top-notch and totally unstressful! This was more of an “experience” than a chore. Bravo, team!

My iPhone and Samsung were transferred all of my information from my old phones, the St. Augustine locations were clean, the customer service was excellent, the manager and staff were extremely knowledgeable, and the price was just right. Internet and cable TV are also excellent; I got directv stream and I love it.

Great customer service from Assistant Store Manger Jackson and associate Bryan. Took time to setup a new series 8 watch, ordered the Ultra watch and helped with a phone upgrade. I would highly recommend stopping by as they will review plans on Directv to help save you money monthly.

I came into this welcoming store to get an iPad as a gift, and Jackson was very helpful and knowledgeable on the device I was getting. I will definitely come back to this store to get more devices. I recommend people to come in because they have some good deals on phones and other items. ?
