Absolutely wonderful in-store experience. They answered all my questions, I even came in with a baby that was getting a little fussy and they were so sweet to her. Prices were fantastic too, overall would definitely reccomend.

I ordered three different shell chandelier wind chimes from them and they are gorgeous! I really have never seen such beautiful ones. I am so happy I found this company. They came in two days and were very well packed. I will defiitely recommend them.

I’ll only vouch for the in-person experience—Fun place, massive selection that was unexpected, excellent prices, and knowledgeable and friendly staff. No complaints here.Edit: I grew up in St. Augustine and had no idea this place was here in 20 years. Maybe advertise if y’all are looking for more business? If not, keep doing what you’re doing! (And judging by the negative reviews, maybe work on shipping quality control?)

I have used this place to furnish most of my skull and bone collection. I search all over the internet for pieces, but the pricing and selection of this company can't be beat. I wish they had a stronger social media presence so I could watch for new arrivals or incoming shipments, but I just check the site every couple of weeks for any new postings, especially for some of the less common specimens.My mom ordered the first one for me for Christmas a few years ago and now I have a fast growing collection. Every shipment has arrived fantastically packed and I've never had anything arrive damaged, from fragile deer pelvises to massive gemsbok skulls. I hope they stay open for many years to come, and they'll have a customer forever.

Ordered wildebeest skull. Price and speed of delivery cannot be beat. Skull is in absolute perfect shape. Way beyond expectations. Will definitely be purchasing more items from this place.

I am beyond disappointed with the products I have received. I order three skulls 2 out of the 3 we’re fine but the last one I just couldn’t believe. It was a boars head A2 grade skull that is considered a commercial grade; however commercial grade doesn’t mean when I open the box fruit flies come out. This boars skull was placed in a paper wrap. Which is fine, my problem is that there was still decaying flesh upon the skull. This was beyond strange since my other two skull were in perfect condition. I understand that A2 grade isn’t the best condition. I completely understand that it was missing teeth and the Eyesocket was broken. I knew what I was paying for; however this is a bio hazard. After letting it soaked for a couple hours I was able to pull out a great deal of tissue and cartilage along with an infestation of fruit flies. When I called to ask what to do about this I get told to mail it back in a plastic bag which is funny since it didn’t come in one in the first place. With how big of a skull it is I’m gonna have to purchase one which is wasting more time and money that I’ve spent on this skull. In the end I wouldn’t recommend buying from here because a 2 out of 3 chance you may experience this isn’t worth it. Just go somewhere else and spend a little extra.

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent purchase. I purcahsed 2 alligator skulls, one was 21 inches and the other was 9 inches, they packed just fine but there was an awful smell coming from the large one. There is still fleah inside the nasal cavity and the cranial cavity. One of these skulls is actually a gift and now I have to redo the cleaning process which may take a minute. Usually, I wouldn't complain about this type of thing, but if you spent a good amount of money on a skull you'd probably want it clean. Even the smaller skull has flesh inside of it, and im also having to redo the cleaning process.
