I was helped by the manager, Devin, today and it was the best customer service I have ever received. I had a very complicated situation with my phone recently stolen overseas, but he was fantastic and solved the issues efficiently and kindly. Thank you Devin!

Gotten several phones from this location it took forever to get a person on the phone to get the appointment. Then I came down. They never told me what they were giving me for my phone. They signed me up for a bunch of stuff that I did not want told me the phone would be at my house within a day or two it took four and now I need help. AT&T does not have people that work for customer service. It’s all robots, or someone that is obviously on the other side of the country and their second or third language is English. If you would like to get all of your personal information sold and get signed up for a bunch of things that you did not agree to pay for and would like to get taken advantage of someone working on commission. This is a great location

Eli was so patient and helpful while doing our large order. I appreciate the wonderful help and wonderful conversation! Thank you so much Eli! We got a new upgraded phone, switching of phones, Apple Watch added, along with setting up ATT Fiber!

Update! Still no resolution and little to no responses. I just keep getting told that someone else is working on it. I will continue to update this review until this is made right.
Back in January I came in to inquire about ATT Fiber. I was on the fence and spoke with a sales person and the manager. I went to leave and the manager said if you sign up today we can get you $300 in visa gift cards and I will get you additional credits to cover the flex boxes you are losing.(I was with comcast and used their streaming boxes so I needed to replace them.) I agreed as I felt like there was no real reason not to at that point. I waited around for a few weeks and never got the gift cards or additional credits. Called in and was assured that they were coming. Waited a few more weeks and came into the store. I was now told that there was no credits and that I would have to come back when the manager was present. I returned 2 additional times and the manager was either off or at lunch. Finally I come back in and meet with the manager again who assured me that this would be made right immediately. This was weeks ago and still no gift card or credit. I have called multiple times with 0 returned calls. At this point I’m not sure I will ever get what was promised to me. I had a great relationship with a previous manager and he was unfortunately relocated. After this experience I am strongly considering my options for both cell service and internet. It has been 3 months with no solution

I went to the store to replace an iPhone case I purchased with a new iPhone five months ago at the insistence of the manufacturer. The three clerks were busy with customers and apparently could not be bothered to greet nor advise me I would be helped soon so I continue to wait several minutes until they were free. Two clerks finished with their customers but instead of addressing me one chose to go in the back while the other walked over and started talking to the third clerk. Finally the clerk in the back came out and asked if he could help me. I explained I was there to replace a phone case I purchased at that store under warranty. He walked to the phone cases and he took one down. He asked for my phone number which I gave him and then asked for my identification. I presented him my smart ID which is issued by the state of Florida and is a legal digital form of my drivers license. The clerk immediately put the case back in the box and informed me that my smart I'd was not acceptable, that he would need a hard copy of my drivers license or passport. I explained to him that this was a perfectly legal and legitimate version of my drivers license yet he persisted in his denial. I asked for a manager at which point one of the three clerks walked over introducing himself. I explained the situation and showed him my smart ID on my phone and he again refused the exchange. I attempted to explain that I did not have a hardcopy nor any other form of ID yet he would not budge. To add further insult the third clerk walked over and said it was against the law for them to make a transaction without a hard copy form of identification. I told him that was an outright lie and to not make the situation worse by lying. He then got irate telling me not to call him a liar and moved towards me as if to intimidate me. They all seemed to take extreme pleasure in playing petty games in denying this warranty replacement. My smart id has never been declined in transactions far more serious than a $30 piece of plastic. This was the final straw after suffering several months of horrible cell service with AT&T I have now canceled my AT&T account and moved my cell service to Verizon. Thanks to these buffoons for making the process easier.

I needed a new phone (old one 6 years old). Entered the store and Eli immediately greeted me with a friendly smile and inquired how he could help me. I explained and he quickly reviewed my needs and made some suggestions without “high pressure sales tactics”. I was in and out in about 30 minutes! Eli was excellent in customer service and professionalism. Great job Eli!

Came down to the AT&T store today. We had some issues with our iPhone. We went to a store out in Jacksonville and got some phones, but they didn’t quite pair correctly. There was a lot going on on these phones. Andrew was there and took care of everything he paired my father‘s hearing aids, he paired up his Apple Watch. He even updated his Apple Watch watch If I had guess, I’d say he was a veteran at the store. Five stars.
