Like go flip bugers and stop dealing with people.
They NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE AT This location???
I paid $55 for a car charger for my new $1000 Google Pixel 8 pro that didn't come with ANY way to charge.
4 months later, the charger is dead....open mouth moron employee tells me after 10 minutes of looking for an answer, "only 14 days on return" I say I just want exchange... literally sits there with his mouth wide open. Jesus....btw AT&T has a one year warranty on accessories.

Dave and Savannah are magnificent!! Went in simply to transfer old phone to new phone, Dave did a quick assessment of my account (business account) and within 30 minutes saved my company $600 per month! PER MONTH!
And the new phones were up and running seamlessly.

Jeremy did a fantastic job working with my husband and myself when buying new phones. He was professional and knowledgeable on the devices, plans and accessories. He was also very patient and diligent in solving a technical issue that arose. Highly recommend this store for service.

Stopped by the AT&T store to purchase a new cell. They did not have a cell there to purchase. The sales person updated me on info & checked my old cell. My contract has expired & she said they would apply $800 for my old cell to a new cell. Sweet! The new cell will be mailed to my home. When it arrives, she said bring it in & she will transfer all my info, Pictures, files, etc to the new cell. Great I can’t wait to get the new cell & have AT&T set it up.Thank you, VickieSt Augustine, FL

Savannah is such a kind and patience person. She helped me with data transfer on my new iPhone 15. She also managed to lower my bill by $10. Very grateful that she’s here and took time and great detail to help me.

Sold a phone to my 74-year-old mother that is not very tech savvy. Told her to go home and call Apple in order to get her phone working. Meanwhile both workers had no customers and just sat there and played on their phones and did not offer any help at all said they couldn't do anything. I felt since they weren't for the company the least they could do is call Apple and help her to get her phone back online. Very poor service. My mother left the phone on top of the car and totally broke so she needed a new one but she did not know her password to her Gmail. They would not help her at all to try to get a new password They just said go home and call Apple. Terrible service and demeanor They could have helped if they wanted to because if they're able to send my 74-year-old mother home with an Apple phone number they could have called Apple for her and helped her but they didn't the worst service I've ever dealt with as far as getting a cell phone She also bought a brand new phone and has been with AT&t for at least 15 years
