I Went to AT&T store in St.Augustine store no. XS2H, to purchase new phone, received assistance from store manager Trenton, he advised I would pay $7.99 additionally for phone, we never discussed adding protection plan, or any other charges; however I looked at my bill today and noticed I was going to be charged for protection plan I did not request and also an additional charges of $73 for one day of service which is them prorating the bill for the month. I would not recommend anyone to shop at that At&T store as Trenton uses deceptive sales practices and also was very rude to an elderly customer that came in for assistance. This is the receipt he provide nothing indicating the additional charges I am not being responsible for.

Sean was amazing and helped me with all of my problems and Trenton was the most helpful person I could legally ask for, they are respectful and very engaged in the problem that I had.

Never heard of air pods being locked in a timed safe, that’s what I was told when I walked into the store trying to buy apple air pods, so the store clerk couldn’t open the safe because it only opened at a certain time frame. I was like WOW.!!!! Terrible customer service and experience

Upgraded my phone a couple months ago. Jeramiah didn't tell me he added $20 monthly insurance to my bill as well as a $10 fee that I didn't even know what it was doing. When I should've been paying $13 a month for the upgrade I was paying nearly $50 for a few months before I found the charge and learned why it was so much.

I feel terrible that I didn’t get the employee’s name that helped me but he was outstanding! He was very sympathetic to my issue & worked as fast as he could to fix my problem but took the time to explain things to me & make sure that I had everything I needed.

Sean was amazing, been trying transfer date for 3 days he was done in 20 minutes and explained what I was doing wrong. Great service!!
