I feel terrible that I didn’t get the employee’s name that helped me but he was outstanding! He was very sympathetic to my issue & worked as fast as he could to fix my problem but took the time to explain things to me & make sure that I had everything I needed.

Sean was amazing, been trying transfer date for 3 days he was done in 20 minutes and explained what I was doing wrong. Great service!!

Sean is the best, came in told him what we needed, handled everything professionally and friendly. I would definitely recommend anyone to go see him….. added bonus HE HAS A SENSE OF HUMOR. Trust me that is needed so the interaction doesn’t seem tense. Thank you Sean again for everything sir.

Went in the store today June 13th 7:30 p.m. representative in this store wouldn't help me because I was trying to do an upgrade and it would go past his time as he stated my bad is what he told me they should consider changing store hours if they don't want to help people until time of closing

The team that use to work here moved to Anastasia plaza, and cobble village. They were the best service in all of Saint Augustine. Avoid all other stores... Especially 312

I have been to this location many times now and every time we come through this location it’s all positive, with no BS. Nick, Dave, and Sean are absolutely awesome. I recommend this location over all others.
