Brad was awesome. He helped me get everything I needed to change the oil on my GX460. Even recommended promotion that saved me $100. They also accept used oil. So this is a win win. Locations was clean and the service was excellent.

Spent over $300 on a battery only to be told that I have to install it myself. I was from out of town and stranded due to my battery dying and the manager Nathan, told me to my face that he can’t do it because he’s behind on things that he has to do and that they don’t do it when it’s past 0830. He told me that he sorry he can’t help me and that he can give me the tools and I can do it myself. Unbelievable customer service from this AutoZone.

Great place to get parts! Friendly smiling faces every time I come in. Careful with overnight parking, because the tow company keeps close tabs on the lot. Get managers approval and call number on tow away signs!

Do not go here unless you want to be talked down to by Kayla. I was returning something that I did not get a receipt for when purchased online and Kayla was very rude about returning it. She told me that I couldn't get my money and had to take a store credit. I said that was not going to work for me because I don't usually shop at Auto Zone. She then rudely stated well I will get my manager but I would appreciate it if you didn't speak to me that way. I didn't speak any way except to say that wasn't going to work for me. It was such a rude encounter that I have I have ever had.
