Horrible experience. Iam a cancer patient and this place made me wait 6 hrs in the waiting room to tell me to get a colon exam, after I was rushed to the emergency room for 4 pints of blood transfusion and emergency cancer treatment chemotherapy. If it was up to this hack office I would be dead. Tge are by far the worst people in the business so if you want uneducated staff and so called doctors go here .

I've been in the waiting room for an hour to SIMPLY get my blood drawn. One other person in the room with me. I thought this would be a good day to get in and out real quick. Har Har. Also took them 1 week to get my Statin prescription filled cause they are so inept. It's true, medical care in this country has gone to hell, and Aza is leading the pack.

Put it this way, waited way to long in my vehicle for appointment time, poorly evaluated, should have had at least a chest x-ray. Prescription called In 6 hrs later and unavailable to be picked for 2 day due to a holiday and the lack of aza calling them in as they should have. Oh did Imention I was the 2nd person in the office this morning. They were not even busy.
Do yourself a favor go to a walk in clinic you'll be treated way better.

Professionalism is key, especially in a forward-facing role. I called to ask a question and could not even finish before being interrupted with attitude. Do better.

Our entire family loves Eli Billeter. He’s a wonderful, personable, caring doctor. Highly recommended.

Terrible place! I came with my mom for blood test at 9am, the girl said sitting down and wait. Around 12pm! nobody called us for blood test. When I ask how long we have to wait the girl said that they apologize but they forgot check us in the system for line and now we have to wait everyone who stay in line. We lost 3 hour and don't do blood test! Avoid this place and don't spend your time!

This place is so bad I’m actually in shock that it’s still open. Doctor tells his patients he doesn’t “care”. And they make you wait at least an hour to be seen. And the lady that checks u in doesn’t even scan ur insurance until you go up after 45 mins of waiting and ask what is the remaining wait time to be seen. Place is a JOKE! Save yourself the headache.

New patient first time visit, worst place to go. Not only did I register online beforehand, still had to wait an hour to be seen. Also the Dr when I did see said he doesn’t care about my previous history and I must pay for new exams to be done in order to be taken care of. I asked if I could transfer the documents showing from previous state he said no. Very rude. Not caring. Never go here take your business elsewhere. 0 stars.

Dr Sejas is fabulous compassionate, caring and helpful to her patience. But the office is impossible to reach, most don’t seem to care, referrals person took 2 missed apts and the office manager to get her to help. she did apologize for what happened but that was after I became hysterical. not in my nature at all. all I want is for them to care about my husband is that too much to ask. the office manager did help. but note when I tried 3 weeks ago to reach her after getting hung up on by the referral person they wouldn’t connect me. yes the operator wouldn’t connect me. gave me a hard time. now I’m in the dilema we love his prime but the office doesn't seems to show they care about its patience. do I get him a new doc and start from scratch or put up with it. the office manager was a saint and much appreciated to help solve issues. but do I really have to be a negative person and tell on people to make them do their job. where is the fine line to care, compassion and hard work vs taking your stress about being the only person working for 6 docs on the patients and their caretakers. Today was insane.
if anything I really hope not for people to loose their job but to learn how important their actions can effect the well being of their patience. why do I have to literally beg for it.

The nurses hardly ever call back promptly. The rest of the staff needs more training and essential professionalism. When you set an appointment, you are sent a link by text to pre-fill your information to save time when you arrive, but you still end up waiting for 30–45 minutes. The receptionist pending on time of day sometimes never picks up the phone. Management or lack there of needs to do a better job.
I.highly recommend you choose a different clinic.

The doctor forgets to submit my prescriptions, then forgets about filling it at all even though I kept calling. Good luck getting ANYONE on the phone - it rings off the hook & you can't even get the automated system. Crazy way to run an office.
