we had a previous, small, no seam countertop replaced with one by this company that included an awful looking seam in the middle of it. We have 2 different heights of backsplash because they measured incorrectly and didn't bother to fix before they installed. They broke off the plumbing flush with the wall when unhooking under the sink. Their response: "You're going to need a plumber for that" There's a piece of molding they removed and it's just lost. multiple scratches and paint tore up. all this on one simple countertop. now learned that Lowe's no longer uses this contractor and I can see why.

This contractor rescheduled us 3 times the night before they were supposed to be there. They arrived 2 hours late once we were finally on the schedule. They stayed well after we were supposed to go to bed and didn’t have enough supplies to finish the job. They destroyed our walls putting in the countertops and broke an entire door frame. The kitchen is a mess and the sink hole that they cut is crooked. I would have never picked this contractor if I hadn’t have had to use whoever Lowe's contracted. This is the worst job I have ever seen. I wish I could give them zero stars

They were supposed to install my countertops through Lowe’s, but instead lied to me for 3 months that my countertops were ordered when they never actually ordered them. Now I’m getting the run around with Lowe’s trying to find another installer to come out, measure, and order all over again. I’m assuming it was the incredibly rude and inept coordinator that set two measure appointments for us then said she forgot to make them, that was responsible for never ordering our countertops. Eventually this economy will collapse and you will be the first to go out of business with the way you’re treating people.

Don’t even know where to begin on the awful experience with this company. Was having a bathroom countertop installed. It took a total of 14 weeks to finally get my countertop intalled. In short : Took weeks before measurements taken ( which wound up being wrong) . They blamed Lowes for giving them incorrect address twice and then charged an extra $150 for mileage ! Two non - English speaking men finally installed countertop it was full of scratch marks , never buffed out . Couldn’t install backsplash as it was wrong size. My GC called business, she set up appointments for it to be done . . A guy came out , said he was never was told he had to buff and didn’t have buffer with him to do the job . There were 3 NO SHOWS , COMPLETE INCOMPETENCY , and employee that came out was totally OBNOXIOUS to me ! Buffing was not done in back of faucets and he said “ nothing I can do about that “ , amongst other rude remarks. My GC called owner next morning from my house after assessing the job . He didn’t know he was on speaker and told him that there was “no pleasing her “ and accused me of trying to find fault with everything so I wouldn’t have to pay them ! Well, I didn’t have to look far ! This whole ordeal stressed me out . Then he said he didn’t expect to get paid from me , so guess what - he didn’t! Only thing that wound up in my favor, but I would have much rather paid than to go through this and have a shoddy job done .! Sorry this is so long but I noticed I’m not the only one who has gone through this with this company . ? Please don’t be fooled by their lies !

I recently purchased a vacation beach house in Vilano Beach. After 5 quotes, I chose St Augustine Kitchen and Bath.Everything was as easy as possible. Showroom, measuring, installation were done professionally and on time as promised. They did my main kitchen and downstairs efficiency, Quartz countertops with undermount sinks. Will be using them on my bath remodels.Service: Countertops

We purchased a fixer upper in the area. We have had bad luck with contractors. I was nervous to try again with any another....well I am so happy to say Crystal made it super easy!! I fell in love with some reminisce in the park lot. Stopped by and asked for an estimate and decided to get an appt to measure. He came by and got the measurements and my wishes. They scheduled and got it in place!!! The guys were super professional!!! Absolutely love it!!!Will be back for our kitchen job in the future!

I'm so disappointed, I hardly know where to begin. This pertains to our kitchen make over with granite, from St Augustine kitchen and bath. A man came and measured twice because they were short on the measurement for our kitchen after the failure of the first install measurements were wrong. We went and picked out granite, three slabs. Then we went to where they tape your design, and you chose how you want it to look, so it would all flow. Two men showed up to install, they could not even lift the small slabs, for sure the backsplash behind the stove. It was cut wrong, so they were carrying it out, when it started to fall, the man went down under the slab as my son tried to help as they asked him to help carry it in and out because they were not capable. My son was hurt and gashed above his knee swollen for days had to go to drs, but the man was ok. They left several other pieces here because they had to have the backsplash recut, but there was not enough granite left. Also had to recut center island, because of a huge long break in this piece. We asked several times for the owner or anyone from the office to come out to see, we would like them to see (yes they would,) never showed. However a man was sent to remeasure because not only was the backsplash cut short on sides and uneven on the top.At this time my son showed him the break in the island and he stated" oh yes it's very plain to see its broken". Also showed the man all the what looks like water spots underneath the sealed granite, also Crystal( works at the office)"oh no they will take care of this and it will be sealed and buffed out at our home before the job was finished." Again we said someone should come and see it, but, No not interested. So back to granite place to see if we could get more in our grouping. Yes they had two pieces left but one had a few fishers in it so they stated they would send the other piece to work with also, stated " was the only right thing to do. They were very professional and nice at the slab company in Jacksonville, we were grateful. So back to the place to redo our pattern, of course this time it will not flow, as before so trying to get as close as possible, when explaind everything to the young man what that was wrong, the young man was not pleased and said he cut it himself and it was right, but photos show different. Well it was not!! Also I asked him several times if he had received the new updated corrected measurements, to please go by them because there were no more pieces in our grouping, he never would answer me. We also asked to please send more men, because my son would not be helping lift to help anymore. We were told" oh they don't work for us anymore." We sent pictures to the owners and Crystal who my son was working with from St Augustine kitchen and baths said don't worry we will make it right. Our kitchen cupboards, all were handmade and are not even two months old, two are completely ruined, we will now have to re-order and wait again as they are back logged. Also have sent pictures to the St Augustine kitchen and bath, said would make it right, but have not.Now again the backsplash is cut short, stops a inch and a half from where it was supposed to ( so again cut wrong) the corner piece at our window has sharp jagged corners, stated " oh we will fix that you will never know,( wrong very sharp, and very visible, another piece was cut wrong but placed anyway pulled out from the wall, and so they put about a inch of caulk at the wall area ( so you wouldn't be able to tell, well you can.) piece we stated we would get a estimate and let them know, I would not recommend them to anyone based on my experience.

I really wish I could rate NO stars but afraid my reveiw won't be posted so reluctantly choosing one star. This was a terrible experience and wish I would have read the reviews I now see on this site before starting to work with this company, but they were recommended by my contractor and thus we embarked to work with them on the purchase and installation of Quartz for our kitchen remodel. First, when they came to remove the old granite, they messed up our walls, having a hard time removing the granite. It ultimately cost us more for our contractor to fix the walls. Then, when they brought our Quartz for install, it was not cut correctly (too short), with gaps the size that would fit your hand all round. They refused to cut it again, so our contractor had to spend 1/2 day adding new drywall to fix the gaps because if not the backsplash needing to also be installed would have fallen between the gap in the Quartz. Initially SAK&B (Crystal) mentioned, after we had paid them in full, we could send the bill and they would pay for it, since we were fixing their mistake. When we sent the bill ($820 to fix their gap mistake only; we were going to pay for the walls they damaged), they refused. Although not anywhere on the invoice, Crystal indicated that they would not pay because she had provided the measurement trip charges for free but would now charge us, after the fact, and so she could avoid paying the invoice we had presented. She actually doctored up a new invoice with new line item and comments, after we received a fully paid invoice days earlier where no such comments ever existed. I literally couldn't believe it. What a liar and cheat. How unprofessional. Now I wish we would have demanded they re-cut everything, which would have certainly negated most of their profit to begin with...but we did not want to do that...we are not that type of people. While other reviews indicate Crystal is the owner, she said she was not when I went to talk to her in person, and she said the owner rarely ever comes to the shop but that the owner's wife would be coming in soon, and while she would ask again, she had already refused and commented negatively about our contractor. Needless to say, we're still waiting for over a week for a call from Crystal to indicate if they will pay our invoice. Doesn't look like it will happen, I will stop here as I'm getting long-winded. I would love to communicate the actions I am planning to take against SAK&B but will simply caution EVERYONE to stay away from this company .

Called for an estimate. Took 3 calls to get an appointment. They rescheduled twice and then the day before called and canceled. Said they would call to reschedule and never heard back. Lost out on a 40k job.

The owner, Crystal, is one of the most unprofessional person (RUDE) you will ever meet. (WORST COMPANY EVER).Initially -- I was hestitate to use this company, many had negative feedback on them - but someone said to give them a chance - I should have listened to the majority of reviews - when you see them all over online -- WORST company, worst customer service ever! LISTEN.I bought 2 bathroom vanities (granite) - when they installed them - they needed to turn off the water. Going into this process - they never informed me about plumbing or hiring a plumber - since obviously, I would have.First they didn't have the tool to turn off the water, thankfully, I had a neighbor that did. From there - they completed the installation. Before I signed for the job - I reminded them to turn the water back on. They said they couldn't do that - only a plumber could - since my valves were bad?!I was apalled! If they noted my valves were bad - why would they have started the job? They knew I didn't have a plumber! It was nearly 2pm - and I was stuck with no water!I called the owner, Crystal - and she literally told me it was MY PROBLEM - and HUNG UP ON ME! The installers as my witness. Seriously?!She claimed she told me I needed a plumber (not true) but in the next breathe said - she didn't know my valves were bad - okay, so what was it?Either way - they were in the wrong and needed to find me a plumber. As a contractor company - it was probably easier than what I went through - and the extra costs I encountered.Do yourself a favor - find another company!!! These people are awful!Services: Sinks
