My mom and I came in as walk-ins. The salon wasn’t very busy, and while the staff was friendly, unfortunately the service didn’t meet our expectations. My mom clearly showed the technician what she wanted, but ended up with something completely different. Her service felt rushed from the beginning. Partway through, another customer came in, and the technician left my mom mid-service to assist the new client, leaving her with her hand in the UV light. There was no lotion or cuticle oil applied at the end, which made the experience feel incomplete and impersonal.
As for my service, the gentleman who did my gel set didn’t do a thorough job. He cut me twice while cleaning under my nails, and you can still see my old gel under the new set. We were both charged $65 each, which felt excessive for the rushed and subpar service we received. Sadly, we won’t be returning.

Walked into Ballys Thursday evening and was very Lucky to receive a warm welcome from Hy and Don. They both made me feel very comfortable and we shared some stories. My nails turned out beautiful, stunning and so impressive. Hy has an amazing artistic gift and I'm so very happy with my beautiful nails. My entire experience at Ballys was wonderful and i will be looking forward to our next visit. Devona

This is a small salon and you have to make an appointment. Hai did a wonderful job and continues to do my nails. I bring her a picture every month and she always does a better job than the pictures that I bring. I thank God that I found such friendly people.

I've been going to Bally nails for years now. Making an appointment is simple and easy. Always a friendly greeting when you arrive. Hai does the prettiest free hand designs upon request while Don and Tom are very meticulously doing pedicures and massaging our hard working feet! I never go anywhere else.
