I truly enjoyed shopping at this retailer until this evening. I went in and did quite a bit of shopping and decided to apply for the stores credit card after being offered an additional 40% off my purchase. First I was told I was denied and I knew that was incorrect & the lady then said “oh wait you’re approved” clearly she wasn’t very knowledgeable of the stores system… Next there was a Caucasian man who checked out ahead of me and was approved for his credit card & given a temporary credit card. When it was my turn in line the Caucasian employee told me “well you don’t get one” which I knew wasn’t true because I was approved just like the man ahead of me. After confronting her about denying me my temporary credit card and what I had just witnessed she immediately provided me with one with NO hesitation. It saddens me that this is how this place treats African American Veterans & educators !!! I will be canceling my credit card and taking my business elsewhere.

Never has much in stock - not good, not bad... just not much there. What is there is very poor quality. I haven't made a purchase at Banana outlet in over a year because of the quality shift. Probably won't be back with so many other options at this price point.
