Do not get the wellness plan. If your pet passes away you will still be paying for their plan until your contract expires. Especially cruel in my opinion. Just take your pet somewhere else.

We relocated to the area and starting going to this Banfield a few months ago. The first experience wasn’t great but it has VASTLY improved since then. Kelly & Hunter are my favorites to see! Kelly listens and cares about your pet. Hunter makes great suggestions to better the life of your pet. They are both very kind and caring people who I’m so lucky to have caring for our pets.

So far so great take my dog Pebbles there and she’s on the program for low income people and they so far have helped. I heard complaints about them being too expensive but never had a problem with them. I can rate them a 4 stars

I was in town and walked in wanting to cut my dog's nails. I asked if they could do the service and the person sitting there asked me if his rabies vaccination was up to date. I answered yes, my dog has had the three-year vaccine. I showed him the badge and he told me he needed another proof. I don't know what other test to teach. We are from Miami and I thought that the clinic might have something that scanned the license plate number or something like that (in short, we are in different cities but the same state). Anyway, we couldn't cut his nails there. I think the process for a nail trim could be a little simpler. It is always a pleasure to return to San Agustín, to the clinic, for the first and last time.??

Love the staff. Sometimes hard to get in to see them. Online appointments are always at least a week out, but calling usually gets you in sooner.

We called and was able to get in quickly, we called to have our dog put to rest. Yes I know sounds terrible, but we are trying to do what is best for him. We get there and the tech evaluates our pup. He is between 13-15, we adopted him from the pound 3 years ago. We inform them of his inability to hold his bowel movements, has trouble seeing, gets very confused, has growled at our kids, just not sure of what’s going on with himself. He comes off as a happy pup and really is at heart, just not having a happy life as he used too. After the vet evaluated him she stated that he is a happy dog then proceeded to cry and saying she just can’t do such a thing. Putting her own feelings above the animals well being. I don’t see how that is professional in any way. And I really don’t see how his pain should be prolonged because of how she feels.

They take great care of my 3 dogs with many helpful tips. I have the plan for them as well. The cost works out less expensive then taking the dogs to their original local vet. It's about half the cost. I have a large Gsd puppy, a medium Mcnab pup and a Sheltie. Banfield is meeting all of their needs and mine they even helped with DNA testing for the 1st 2 since they were rescues.

My daughter and I took her cat to see the vet because he appeared to be having some trouble with urinating. The vet was very nice but the issue I have is with the tech Shannon. She was not kind at all. My daughter has high anxiety and the tech wanted us to leave her cat there so that they could do the exam and a urine test Even though we had an appointment. When my daughter said she did not want to leave him the tech got upset and said we’d have to wait over an hour. My daughter said that was perfectly fine But both of us could tell that the tech was super upset. However, that wasn’t the worst part. When they did come in to do the exam, they were trying to get a temperature on the cat and the tech was very rough with him. I told my daughter she could pet him while the tech was holding onto him. The tech got super mad at her and told her not to touch the cat because it might scratch or bite my daughter. My daughter has three cats, and it used to be bitten and scratched. And honestly, it is her cat and she should be allowed to comfort it. My vet has always allowed me to comfort my pet while they are doing an exam or procedure. My daughter was sobbing, so I went to pet the cat and the tech gave me the dirtiest look and very forcefully said you can not pet him. We stepped away in shock. My daughter’s cat got very agitated, and the tech just seemed very annoyed by the whole thing.. she was rough, putting the cat back in his carrier as my daughter sobbed. It was a truly shocking and horrible experience and honestly, the tech should not be around animals.
