A letter was sent by me to John and I called to follow up I haven't gotten a reply. It was marked as Personal. I'm waiting on a return call since I haven't heard back I've been trying to call and no answer. I hope that doesn't mean that person didn't get his mail, or someone is just too busy to answer the incoming calls. At one time I gave him a email' address as a friend not for anything other than that to send me a note on how he's doing.. I would like to hear from him tomorrow early morning or I'll try calling at when your branch opens your time10 am my time 9am. Today is Feb 06 2024

This BOA is been great to us, we always make our banking here, and the tellers are super nice, we never even have to fill up completely the deposit slips because sometimes there's no line and we get called right in just insert our debit card and done. Always happy with the staff. Specially with Lisa.

After having Ian as my business banker I am now assigned Aaron PulverThe thing is you have a business account and banker to work with you when you have a problem a teller can’t seem to fix.Well I received a 12k wire a day ago and it left the senders account and boa will not release itMind you we do millions in wires every year with themWell seems there is nothing he can do to helpI am moving my account and recommend anyone else do the same if you want any reasonable customer service

Today the system was down. Other times you get different answers for the same questions fees are nuts other branches are closing and now this one îs crowded. Tons of better options around. .

I know seems for a bank to able to help customers question when it comes to money, but for the women working on 7/8 around 10:30 and I assume her coworker at the desk, when some one has a question maybe don’t laugh. Actually remove your eyes for the computer to look at them, and maybe offer a solution, so the people wanting to use your business to the fullest will not feel like the only helpful thing is the atm.

Tried for months to get a replacement card. I tried multiple times at the local office and was told I had to order it over the phone. I can't remember my security code so they wouldn't let me order it that way. Finally, after many months of having to walk across town 5-6 miles each month, they finally let me order it at the local branch saying it would arrive in 7-10 business days. It has now been almost a month and still no card.

Try to call this location (and maybe ALL BOA locations) and speak to a Human? Forget it. They just hang up on you!And if you just hit Zero ONCE they HANG UP ON YOU !Obviously theyre telling us, they DONT NEED or WANT our business !

After 30+ years with BOA it's time to change rather than deal with this branch. They won't ever answer the phone, can't schedule a meeting with the Loan officer because he only works part time . A couple hours a week. No drive thru. Only 2 tellers. The rest works in offices. And 1 lady helps you to do atm"teller assisted all automated . Always a line out the door.

The most unprofessional. Employees walking around aimlessly back and forth with nothing to do, with a line of 10 people waiting. Drive thru closed. Absolutely could do better.

Tellers are understaffed and location shows as a drive thru location but it hasn’t been open in months. If you are going to close the other locations because of “Covid” at least make sure the one you leave open can help customers
