Excellent office. The Doctors, assistants, and the full staff are all great. They are all friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, polite… I could go on but you get the point. The best part is that, thanks to Dr. Celkis and staff, I’m finally on a clear path to wellness after a lifelong struggle with disappointing treatment from previous medical offices. Thank you.

DO NOT GO HERE, This is the most incompetent office I've ever been to. I took time off my work day, had to take (2) ubers since I don't drive, had my blood drawn (I HATE needles) and was told I would have my lab results in a few days. They called a few times with partial resutls, but then called me a week later to tell me that they didn't run most of my blood work and that I'm SOL in terms of options or reimbursement. DO NOT GO HERE, they will mess your lab results up. If they're capable of that, imagine what else they're capable of. Terrible service.

This is absolutely to worst doctor office since Dr. Fuentes left! I’m on a routine medication for my thyroid condition. Every physician I’ve ever gone to wrote my prescription for 12 months. Now that nurse practitioners are seeing patients, my prescription is written for 3 months at a time. My physical was in October of 2022 and I’m not due back until October 2023 (insurance pays for one physical a year). I put in a request for a refill a week ago and my pharmacy contacted the office, no one from the office has responded to either of us. I called this morning and was told by an unhelpful assistant that it’s because I’m due to be seen. I explained that I’m not due back until October. She said they changed their rules on patients having to come back every 6 months. Just another way to get payment from patients who are not having health issues.

Love this location! You are off to a great start when you walk in. Misty is just a bundle of happiness. She remembers names and faces. Very personable. Great 1st encounter.My family sees PA Anderson and Dr. Till. Both are very knowledgeable AND personable! They genuinely care about our well-being. I haven't had issues with getting appointments to see them.Lastly, Janice checks you out and brings the positive experience to a full circle.It is stressful going to the doctor's office but these individuals make it flawless.

The office staff has constant turnover and never see the same faces. They are also incompetent and not properly trained. I have been a patient for over 3 years and been to the office 4 times. Two of those visits ended up in the office manager's office because there staff had no clue what was going on. Not just minor issues that the front desk could handle, I'm talking serious scheduling an billing issues. The final straw was, I was under the impression I was scheduled for an annual visit (not the first time they have made this scheduling error). Instead it was for a follow up visit for a procedure. However, I had already completed the follow up visit with the physician (a specialist) that performed the procedure and they scheduled me to follow up with a Primary Care doctor that had never seen me before. What sense does that make? I showed up for the appointment and they were unable to correct the error. Are they trying to double bill for visits that have been completed? Dr. Fuentes was the best part about this practice. Now I understand why he left and I will be doing the same.

I've been seeing Meghan Anderson, the PA, for almost a year and think she is awesome. She's great at listening and very caring. The office staff has also been amazing and helpful.

One of the ladies at the front desk is extremely rude and should not be customer facing. There is also no safeguards for your PHI. I picked up my records with no verification of who I am. ?

Dr. Fuentes is the very best doctor we have had here in Florida. He pays very careful attention to our medical needs. He follows up on all our procedures. My husband and I are so grateful for the care we receive. we have found the office staff to be polite and competent.

I like Dr. Fuentes. He is excellent. Unfortunately today, the unfriendly person at the front desk rescheduled my mom’s appointment because we were 10 minutes late. It is difficult for my mom to get out of the house. She is 84 years old diabetic with congestive heart failure and difficulty breathing upon exertion. In their waiting area they only have one patient waiting. The front desk person did not show any consideration for my mom. I hope someone reads this review and do something about the people working at the front desk.

Staff and Doctors are very attentive. My PA was very detailed in her assessment of my situation and due to some of my current medical conditions she consulted the doctor on the best course of action.
