I LOVE the Sunshine and Lemons antibacterial hand sanitizer spray and hope all Bath and Body Works keep this on the shelf. It's the only thing that cuts threw pet pee smell.

Tunu and Courtney were extremely fun to talk to while I shopped. Personally, I prefer to keep to myself and not to be haggled when I enter into stores, but Tunu was exceedingly pleasant and dedicated to helping me shop for a friend. She wasn't pushy at all and she helped me pick out a few new scents to add to my arsenal. Courtney noticed I was buying two of the same products (I thought I was buying a lotion and a shower gel, but I had two of the latter) so she saved me from an extra trip to exchange. Definitely an awesome store!

my husband and I had identical transactions and identical coupons mine came up with sale price and coupon for free item.. $4.21 for mine and his rings up $16 total.. I hear her tell him and I tell the cashier it didn't seem right and explained that we both bought the same things with the same coupons and there was a large difference.. she explains that the computer makes the discount on the less expensive item.. my receipt prints and I show her the difference.. she shrugs her shoulders and says the computer decides.. I have been shopping at this location since it opened and have never had such bad customer service to have a cash not care to even consider it..
