“Within the past week, I had two highly positive experiences at BatteriesPlus in St. Augustine. The store manager, Jakob, replaced a battery in my daughter's car. There was corrosion on one of the cable connectors and Jakob thoroughly cleaned the connector before installing battery. Today I had a Lexus key fob programmed in 15 minutes for substantially less than the dealer would have charged.”

“I went in today July 4th to get a battery for my 2013 Camaro. I thought the battery I had purchased at O'Reilly some years ago for the vehicle was probably out of warranty, and expected to have to purchase a new one. The store manager Michael Schultz greeted me as I walked in the store, looked up my purchase of he battery years ago, and said 'no problem we will replace it for free'. FREE. They did not charge me a dime and I walked out with a brand new replacement. What a super pleasant surprise - first they were open on a holiday, then I was attended to by the Store Manger who was very pleasant, and then I was given a replacement at no charge! Highly recommend this store.”
