I came into the US1 location, and needed to speak to a banker about my new business account. I was set up with Max who was filling in from the A1A beach location for the day. I just wanted to make sure I gave him the recognition and thanks he deserves for helping me set everything up. He was beyond helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I felt like my questions were answered and that I left there feeling confident and comfortable. Thank you Max.

I just left my local branch. I went in to withdraw cash and was told the only way to get my money is through the ATM when there were 4 employees sitting at their desks. This change was made without notification and I am still only able to get 500 dollars! The whole reason I was going to the bank was because my card was compromised and it takes the bank a week to get me another one.

I hate posting complaints against banks as I do know they have their rules and business practices. My account was drained on NYE as fraudulent charges came across my account. Apparently I was partying with Uber and Uber Eats while in San Francisco on NYE. Strange....I thought I was sitting on my couch here in Saint Augustine.
