I hate posting complaints against banks as I do know they have their rules and business practices. My account was drained on NYE as fraudulent charges came across my account. Apparently I was partying with Uber and Uber Eats while in San Francisco on NYE. Strange....I thought I was sitting on my couch here in Saint Augustine.

I remember banking here when I was much younger, they had problems depositing my checks and other problems that the customer shouldn't have to deal with just to get/use the money that they earned.

A fee for everything! Do not go! Very non accommodating too! I had money in a CD that I had to close out. They charge not only the 3%, but also an additional $25. Also, very rude employees and poor customer service. Would rather make less interest on an account at another bank than to bank there again.

They charge you fees at every possible opportunity. Ultimately switched banks because they charged me with an overdraft fee even though I transferred money over before the transaction in question even cleared. I made every effort to prevent it and was even told by an employee I shouldn't have one after transferring money over. Went in the next day because my account showed an overdraft x2, went in and the manager tried to tell me that employee never would say that. Total nightmare, closed my account that day and moved to Vystar.

When ur there the employees r very polite but to get any type of service over the phone is non existing. I have called 4 times today and noone has picked up the phone and now it's 15min till they close and still noone will pickup the damn phone. B******* i wood have to drive 30min to get a simple a** question answered

Never had issues with Compass Bank however, the best customer service I have received comes always from the Jacksonville Beach office so I try to visit this one 99% of the times, good people!
