JR Benet took care of everything for my warranty when I didn't actually purchase my piece at their store — making calls, handling the paperwork, and treating me with genuine kindness and professionalism throughout the process. Their customer service is truly exceptional!
On top of that, their collection is absolutely stunning — the most beautiful and unusual pieces I’ve ever seen. If you're in St. Augustine, this place is a must-visit. I’ll definitely be returning as a customer!

Whenever we go downtown, this is the one store we always have to stop in. Pleasant staff, and an amazing variety of quality pieces. We rarely leave without making a purchase of some sort.

A favorite store for unique and lovely jewelry sets. My mom and I have loved shopping here since the 1990s. Always gorgeous choices and friendly ladies. This time Lily helped me, including finding the perfect size for a ring my hubby spotted for me. I left with two new sets in their cute white boxes. Such a treat!

Love their merman ornaments. Have my own little collection going and took the chance to visit for what would be possibly my last time and add 2 more to my collection. The staff there is super friendly and amazing. Have been going there for over 2 years and highly recommend it for your ornament/decoration or jewelry needs.

Beautiful merchandise but there are three employees working and not one of them said hello or acknowledged us in any way in ten minutes of looking. We decided to not buy anything because of the poor customer service.

Gorgeous items in this store! Bought a gorgeous Firefly brand necklace. Christina the staff member was super friendly and was on top of everything from needing a bag to asking people if they needed anything wrapped up nicely. To the owner you have impeccable taste! Every item was unique, beautiful and well made. Displays and flow of the store were great! Please give Christina a raise! She is a diamond in your store! Picture does not do this necklace justice!!

My husband and visited St. Augustine for the first time to celebrate our anniversary. We visited this store our first night in town. That’s when we met their sales associate, Lillie. We went back 2 more times to make purchases but insisted on working with her!! She is by far one of the kindest people we have ever met and truly a gem! We will definitely be going back during our next trip.
