We stayed here over the 4th of July weekend. The initial room they gave us smelled horrible and the shower had hair all over 5he wall and the toilet had pubic hair and urine on the rim!!! We immediately requested another room and it was so so. Later that evening I noticed there was hair all over the bathroom floor. We will definitely not come back and I will let friends and family know not to stay here. I would like to find out how I might be able to get a refund

Quick getaway with hubby for our anniversary. Everything went well from check in to check out including breakfast and other amenities. No complaints ??. I would definitely recommend.

Personnel were friendly, helpful and professional. Took trolley with Mr. Lloyd(self employed & will pk. u up & bring u back 2 hotel) downtown. Parking by plate & hard 2 find! Very walkable historic district! Go to Athena for Greek food & Meecham's 4 seafood. Very reasonable $.
Rooms: Clean, modern and somewhat spacious.
Safety: Felt quite safe as 2 women traveling together.
Noteworthy details: Bathroom was big and shower was great!

Rooms were pretty nice. There was a little bit of a musty smell but it wasn't too bad. Free breakfast was good. I would stay here again.

We drive a semi but didn’t have our trailer so figured we would give this place a try. It had one of the best rates in the area and decent reviews. Had a hard time getting our truck in the parking lot as it was a bit tight. I parked somewhere and asked the front desk if that would be alright. She directed me to a spot kind of off an alley that worked great. I used a reservation service so I wasn’t aware this place charged $10 a night for parking so make sure you factor that in. We’ve literally stayed at hundreds of hotels and never had to pay for parking. Not a huge deal but to add insult to injury the lady charged me double for parking because we had a semi. I get it but geez. My fiancee wasn’t overly happy with the room but it was acceptable. The next day she was talking to a lady that worked there and telling her about the parking. She said she didn’t know anything about charging extra for trucks and they tried to accommodate everyone as much as possible. I got in the pool and it was filthy but didn’t think much of it as a storm came through the day before. I actually spent about an hour cleaning it… Sunday we went and did all the tourist stuff and had a great day. Decided to end the day with a swim and hot tub soak. The hot tub smelled so bad that it wasn’t enjoyable. The Hampton Inn was next door so for comparison sake we decided to try their hot tub and their pool was spotless. Florida water has a sulphur smell but the one at the Best Western smelled sour. Long story short just stay at the Hampton Inn.

The location worked out wonderfully for our needs, and the price was right! The front staff was wonderful and I cannot say enough about them! The rooms were clean. If we make it back this way, we would definitely stay again!
Rooms: Rooms were kept clean and decent. And for girls bathroom light we're good! They are in the middle of updating rooms, the one we had was nice! Two floors no elevator, so a little bit of a workout with the luggage! Lol
Nearby activities: Can literally walk to the hop on hop off trolley. Close to a lot of things but far enough to keep it quiet.
Safety: Felt safe.

When we opened the door to our room it smelled so nice. The room was very clean and nicely made up. There was a personal note left for us on the desk- nice touch!

Alexandria greeted me at the front desk with a warm smile and pleasant demeanor. She patiently answered my questions and quickly and efficiently check us in. No sooner did we bring our luggage into the clean and lovely hotel room, my husband realized he left his medication home! I went back to speak with Alexandria who was empathetic and nonjudgmental. She graciously offered to credit my charge card and we left for the long journey home. We remained in good spirits because of meeting Alexandria. I know we will be back to stay in this Best Western so we can offer a more complete review.

Property is conveniently located and very close to all the attractions. It is safe with a lot of families with young children staying at this property. The free breakfast is great! We got an early check in and late checkout which we appreciate. Two EV charging stations at the property were a major plus for us. The only negative point is the door to the bathroom is a barn door and is not comfortable when you are sharing the room with others. Overall our stay was very convenient and the staff were very nice.
