Never again! I purchased my wife a bag June 2025 and it’s only November and the stitching is coming off of the strap. I contacted Brighton who informed me that outlet bags are not eligible for warranty, which was not disclosed at the time of purchase. The sad part is she’s only used this purse for a total of about three weeks.

Sales people are always so nice! However, The Manager was not nice or accommodating at all, when I had a coupon issue . She was annoyed at me, the customer, and rude when it wasn’t working. I called the home office and they issued me another coupon.

What a lovely store. Went in to look for a silver bracelet or bangle for my friends birthday. Two ladies helped me and eventually decided on a bracelet the one lady picked out. They even gift wrapped it in a cute box and bag. My friend loved it and put it on right away. It looked great on her. TY for the assistance!

I drive from NY to FL a few times a year and stopping at this store gets me through the trip! They have the best stuff and prices. Every single staff member and the manager go above and beyond to help. They even went in the back and came back with a pair of sneakers in my size. If you love brighton, a trip here is a must! Just leave yourself at least an hour to look at everything :)

Just purchased a marked down 50% off purse. The price on tag is $45 yet they charged me $65 , now I find you can’t even call them and they are very specific about no refund. I refuse to do business with stores that operate with false price markup. Never again.

This Brighton Store in the Outlet Mall always has some deeply discounted premium jewelry, purses and bags If you are visiting St Augustine, this is a must stop for quality gifts and presents for everyone on your shopping list. Many other outlet stores carry inferior products for their specials, never here. All the sales associates are knowledgeable and helpful Brighton girls! Love this store!

Some of the ladies are nice, some have horrible customer service like Julie. She said she was the manager. She's always mad. I asked for an extra sheet of paper and she inmediately responded with an attitude. She coulve told me with a professional tone that they didnt give paper to wrap the jewerly. Perhaps, you need a different manager. Usually, I go to the one located at the St John's towncenter in Jacksonville and the ladies are always so kind and helpful.

So I have been shopping here for over a decade. The jewelry selections are wonderful and I can afford the prices. Great place to shop for Christmas and Birthday presents….but the store really needs to retrain its sales associates (Vicky). I am used to purchasing hundreds of dollars in stuff from bags to jewelry. I shop each month!! For years I didn’t even know I’m supposed to be part of a club for my birthday. Good Lord, talk about mishandling a repeat customer!As of late they don’t want to give me bags for my purcases that are gifts going out the door. Really? Oh my! I am stunned at how adamant they get even today in not wanting to even give me a plastic bag!! Let alone no pull string bag. No wrapping in tissue?? What is going on with Brighton? This used to be a dream place to shop in. It’s becoming mediocre!! Good Lord, I don’t want to have to beg a sales associate for a bag?? What horrific customer service. It’s become a nightmare at check out. Very disappointing indeed.
