The roads throught the resort are all dirt and gravel ant not very well maintained. It rained the weekend I was there and the roads were all flooded with deep potholes and pulleys throughout. They should use some of their profits for property upkeep.

We stayed here (in our Motorhome) several years ago and were very happy. However, we were here last week, and it has turned into a mobile home park. Many people are living there.
Our water valve was so rusted, hubby had to use a wrench to turn it on. The spaces are very tight along with the roads. Would not stay here again.

I have been coming here since I was a baby as a child we would come here yearly. I haven't been here in 17 years. I love it here! it brings back so many wonderful memories. They need to do some road work, when it rains the roads flood pretty badly, and I was disappointed in the lack of cleaning that had been done to the place we stayed at. Other than that everything was perfect and as I remember.

Bryn Mawr is located adjacent to the beach. Just a short walk across the dunes and you will be enjoying the beach and the ocean.

We have been coming here every year for the past 7 years. I love the location and we LOVE the beach access. The beach is beautiful and dog friendly. We always stay on the beach sites or across the street from beach sites. They really need to do some upgrading to pavers and concrete. Like I said, not much has changed in years except they resurfaced the large pool. The park holds water and they need to work on drainage, but I do not think that is gonna happen. The Staff (except for one lady and she is just a unhappy person) are really nice and helpful. They really should invest in online reservations, but I bet it's pricy. Regardless of the things I do not like I will be back. You just can not beat the beach, pool, and location.

My family has camped here for years, but the campground’s lack of etiquette has left a bad taste in my mouth. One of the biggest amenities at this campground, and certainly the amenity that pulled us to it, is the large pool at the front of the campground. Unfortunately, this pool has been closed for months with zero communication from the campground. The dishonesty borderlines on scamming. In the heat of July, all of the campers that paid for an Olympic pool are crammed into a pool suitable for around ten people. Rather than a refreshing swim, guests get to enjoy a bath of warm water that makes me think that one too many guests struggle with incontinence.

We come here every year and have had issues with the staff and amenities being shut down. The gym hasn’t been open since we started coming here at least 10 years ago. This year the pool was closed, and no one told us when booking. They advertised the pool even though it had been closed months before us booking. They knew it would not be open, but when we booked no one told us this. The tennis and pickleball courts have been closed on several occasions. When we asked when the pool would be open, they told us the wrong day, then said we get no discount and cannot leave early without being charged the $250 cancelation fee. Overall the only thing good about this place is the pool and location, but who knows if the pool will even be open during the stay.

We loved our stay at Bryn Mawr. The campground is clean. The location is perfect. The beach is beautiful. It is close to all attractions. The roads are a little tight. That is the only negative.
Nearby activities: St Augustine, Alligator Farm, Fountain of Youth
Food & drinks: The campground store does not have much in food or camping supplies. You have to leave the campground for those items.

We have stayed at several campgrounds and resorts on the gulf and the east coast, and this was by far our family's favorite we've ever been to. The location is great, bathhouses were clean, pool was clean, surrounding area is fantastic. We are booking again, and I highly recommend to anyone looking!

This is an RV park that has additional raised platforms with covered picnic tables and deck chairs. The RV parking spots have water, power and sewer hook-ups. There are also bungalow/ mobile homes that you can rent too ( see photos). There is a pool area and a walkway to the beach. A great location that encourages entertaining your friends.
Walkability: The beach is easily accessed by a boardwalk/walkway.
