I pre booked Budget for a rental car since I was heading down from another state in an emergency as my mother fell terminally ill. I booked through a third party via my credit card. Mr. Stetson worked diligently in helping me as the booking through third party did not go through without my knowledge. He immediately set me up with a vehicle in a timely matter and I was able to receive a refund from third party. Very kind and patient as my mind was all over the place, I recommend seeing Stetson and when I return I will continue to use his services again.

Horrible service. The guy was late. The car was filthy. It had a big scratch on it. The guy said that was all we had. It was of embarrassing to go to a business appointment with a Car in this kind of shape. The rental dude should be fired.

Other than waiting a few minutes, the employee was very nice and had a great attitude and sense of humor.

Experienced very rude behavior from the associate at the desk. He refused to provide the vehicle, citing it was one way to Miami. Consequently, I had to travel to Jax airport to obtain the vehicle, resulting in delays that caused me to miss my flight from Miami airport.

The pick up attendant on 11/7 was wonderful.The drop off attendant Jeffrey at counter on the morning of 11/15 was rude to my senior citizen husband. Unacceptable and unexpected.

Three other customers with pressing schedules and I showed up at the counter for our 2pm rentals and there was no one manning the desk. Several calls to the office number went to v/m hell (we could hear them ring in the back), and then one fellow noticed another number written by hand behind another sign. We called and a gruff guy answers, "yeah?", "We four are waiting for our cars". He replies, I'm busy in the parking lot". Five minutes later, gruff guy comes waltzing in (not in a rush) and says, "ok, what?". Well, I finally got my car (not really, a family van I didn't order because "we're outta cars") but not until the entertainment of watching an artifact - a dot matrix printer slowly ground out my contract. This office is lost in some parallel universe, with terrible customer service. Best try the place on 16. Or some other company.

I was charged $130 2 days after I returned my rental for supposedly keeping the car 2 extra days. I was advised by customer service to go speak with the worker at this walmart budget. I then went in, the “owner” slammed down my receipt after I asked about the charges. Told me he can explain it or if I wanna “be a smart ass” about it I can explain it. He then just kept repeating the dates that I had the car (not helpful) He proceeded to call security 2 times, who advised me I was fine where I was which seemed to enrage him more. He also refused to speak with the customer service on the phone who needed to speak with him to figure out the charge. He also refused to show me a receipt I supposedly signed when I dropped off the car. However, when I did drop off the rental I took 2 steps into the budget and a worker came and took the keys, asked about mileage and told me I was good. The “owner” just sat there and ignored that I even existed, he wouldn’t even tell me his name. The most disgusting customer service I have received. I will be advising everyone to go to enterprise where I’ve never had random charges. My lawyers have already been contacted. DO NOT LET THIS PLACE SCAM YOU!!!!!!

Marcus was very friendly and helpful and took great care of us. We had a bad experience at the enterprise across the street and were very relieved to have much friendlier and helpful service here.

Not the most efficient way to rent a moving truck across state lines. Budget customer service itself was great but the authorized individual business was lacking professionalism(Walmart)
