This BK has a very bad customer services, there are 5 staffs, but only 1 is working, the other 4 are chit chatting, laughing.... My brother in law and i are trying to place an order by the self check out screen, we have paper coupon and perk account, we didn't know how it work, we asked for help, the staff with red dyeing braided hairs answer us in a very rude way: "Press the paper coupon button, you must be first time here" . There are not the paper coupon button after login perk account, she didn't even come to look and continue chitchatting, we had to manage ourself. Then they mess up the order twice because of forcusing in chitchatting. I suggest the company retraining these employees to make this restaurant better. Self check out machine is to give staffs more time to work on food, not for them to chat and dont care the customers

Staff all moving slowly looked dirty and unkempt. Really did NOT want them to touch or serve my food. Short older manager was little to no help with her staff. No zesty sauce. Bag of food was handed to me like a garbage bag. Serve also forgot my small drink. Food was cold. I will not eat here ever again.

Today the staff was on point . My food was nice and hot . They made my whopper with cheese they why I liked it. It was nice and hot and my fries was on point. Keep up the good work team.

Pulled up and waited at drive through for 10 mins just to order. Ordered two big kings (suppose to be 6$) and a large drink. Expected to pay around 10$. Woman told me it was 19$. No wonder why this place is always empty. The burgers were cold, and tasted like stale bread.

They don't even answer the drive thru in the mornings. Most depressing atmosphere ever. Every employee hates their job and they make it your problem.
