Love this bank. Both Noah and Jake have been so helpful and considerate of what my banking needs are. I feel very taken care of and confident that my money will be safe.
Plus the tellers are very helpful and professional.

Not a fan of this place. It is across the street from the school. Sadly some parents have been towed for parking here for an hour long event. This place still had parking for people that actually use the bank. Just seemed petty when it didn't actually affect their business.

I Went to this location yesterday and was extremely disappointed. First let me start by saying the teller who helped us was so sweet and helpful and is the only reason for the 2nd star in this review. Otherwise it would be a one star for sure!My husband and I have banked with chase for about 3 years . We have 2 accounts and I recently opened my own after I inherited some money from a relative. I went in to transfer some of that money to a different account with a financial advisor not with Chase or JP Morgan and the teller needed a manager to help her. Well the manager helping her turned out to be the same woman who opened the account. Who initially I really liked the first time we met with her . After greeting us the first words out of her mouth were that she wasn’t super excited to see the money not staying with their branch. My husband and I just smiled uncomfortably and explained our financial guy is a family friend. She then replied “ well I guess there’s no getting around that. “ I’m just standing here thinking how unbelievably unprofessional and rude that was! I get the bank wants business but making your customers uncomfortable is NOT the way to go. After this experience I’m so glad I took this particular account elsewhere. I’m also questioning if this is really where I want to continue to bank in the future.

Called at 3:45. Was told they close at 5 and I had to arrive in the next ten minutes to conduct any business. Went to Bank of America instead to open CDs. Horrible service with the direct branch

Terrible Service! Went there to conduct a currency exchange, the Representatives went on to tell me that she couldn't find me in their system. I gave the rep my driver license and pulled my account up in the app on my phone for her to then tell me that my name and dob doesn't match what she has in the system. I said ok let's fix it, what do you need? She said it wasn't my account and that there's nothing she can do and she can't help me. Ridiculous! I then called Chase customer service and they were able to fix the issue in one minute. My name was missing (JR). FYI, my father died 41years ago. The dob in the system had the correct year and month, but one day off. My frustration is why does it take for me to have to speak to someone over the phone outside the bamk, when I'm standing here in the flesh and of course the branch closed shortly after I walked out.

we are moving to the area from Orlando. I just came in here to do a wire transfer. I was pretty scared to go in after all the bad reviews I saw on Google. The bank was probably one of the nicest chases I’ve ever been to. Everyone was really nice and they got the transfer done very quickly for me!

This is my first visit to the branch after having an account with Chase for over a decade, and I'm very disappointed that the branch manager for this branch (Melissa) does not know the basic rules of check endorsement.

Staff members including the Branch Manager are so Unprofessional and their lack of Knowledge is concerning .The service at this Location is absolutely terrible .

I wanted to have some real estate documents notarized and called the notary. However, the branch manager who answered the phone was unprofessional and rude. She explained that the service was limited to two documents as it would take a long time to document them. Stephanie at the Durbin Pavilion branch was more helpful over the phone, and I ended up going there to get everything done in just 15 minutes. As a Chase client for many years, I am disappointed with the poor service I received and will share my dissatisfaction with the corporate office.

One teller and she had me sitting down waiting just to change address and order a card. Said a banker in office would assist, nobody came out or ETA. Service sucks!

We tried to walk in an open a new account. We were told we could not as we needed an appointment.Tried to make an appointment on line, we were directed to a 1-800 # where were waited and waited on hold only to receive a voice-mail asking for our contact information and email.We never received a call or email to set up the appointment.In the meantime 2 associates were standing around in the lobby.Very disappointed
