Edited to add: My car is throwing multiple engine codes and I can’t get anyone on the phone. My car was fine before the repaired it.
Cheshire received my car on October 29th. It took them three weeks just to get an estimate to my insurance company. All they needed to do was repair my engine mounts. They ended up taking a month and a few days to finish my car. Now I'm stuck with paying for the difference for the rental I had because insurance only covers up to thirty days.
Cheshire only called me once during the month plus they had my car to give me an update. Clearly training is needed on proper customer service. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend them.

Geico sent my car here(total loss), asked them to mail me the plate so I can turn it into the dmv and stop paying my insurance, 2 weeks goes by and nothing. Called back today and they said they didn’t even take it off the car when it was sent off to auction. Unprofessional is an understatement.

Picked up my customers car the next morning after the accident. The bill was $750, the car was drive-able. They put a lean on the vehicle and charged $250 plus $85 for a tow out fee when the car was sitting in front of a body shop. This shop told us the car was not towed out and left out overnight. Beware of this company, they overcharge and hurt the people of Florida.

This company refuses to return my friend’s vehicle. They won’t even respond to their calls or voicemails. Don’t go here.

Chris and his team did a fantastic job on my Dodge Charger. My Geico adjuster failed me and have definitely changed insurance companies. But Cheshire ‘s did everything they could to make the situation better for me. I would definitely recommend Cheshire ‘s.

the customer service was great the people were very nice but they fixed my car completely wrong i went there in December to get my car fixed and i thought everything was fixed and a couple months later my engine light comes on and the master cylinder and the sensor were messed up i take it to the dealerships and it’s not covered under warranty since it was caused by an outside interference they had put bolts in my air intake and put my bumper in wrong. which costed well over 2k to fix i ended up buying a whole new car which was cheaper than fixing the car which only had 15k miles on it. disappointing really.
5 star customer service but i can’t rate on the mechanics bc they did it wrong.

towed my sons car, had to pay 350 to get it back. They said they didn't see his parking sticker that has been on his car since moving to the landing. He went to management and was told it is displayed correctly. We had no recourse other than to pay the $350. to get his car back.

They were able to restore my MINI Cooper to 100%. Colby who I worked with was excellent. He kept me informed of the whole process. She turned out perfectly. You couldn't even tell some idiot chick t-boned my car.

Absolutely amazing work. Really took the time on my 96’ Bronco to make it perfection. I only had the quarter panels done. Truck is most definitely going back to them to paint the rest of the truck. Caleb and Ashton helped me, and they were very easy and pleasant to work with.
