I go shopping at the mall on Sunday July 20 , 2025 . I have step in the store like 5:56pm and they were to close like 6pm the store door was open I was just came there to purchase a shoes it was right at the front and the lady that is working at the front telling me that they are closed so I say it’s not 6pm as yet she say that is they policy’s so I say the door wasn’t close and it’s not 6pm if she can’t assist me she say no I can’t and there she was cashing out some one I think she be not polite and rude and color coded she could have assisted me because I have reach in the store before 6pm that is not the way you delt with customers.

UNSTABLE HOURS; their website stated that they are open until 8. I came yesterday 12/18 around 6:40pm, and they were close. I called today around 4:30pm and asked until what time they were open, and the lady that answer said until 8. I asked if you were sure and explained to her about yesterday, and she said that there was a leak and they had to close early and assure me that they will.be open until 8 pm. I came today 12/19 at 6:30 and they are close. It takes me 45 minutes to get here with all the traffic. Awful awful service.

Staff is excellent there. I wish I knew the guy's name who helped me. He deserves seven Stars! Their shoes are very good quality and they have a very good selection and plenty of sizes. My size is hard to find, and the guy was climbing around on a ladder and looking for the styles that I like in my size come and he seemed actually happy to do it. He had a great sense of humor & style. Next time I need shoes I'll check there . And they were having a really good sale, so I bought two pairs.

The younger manager with the nose ring is extremely rude and condescending. She seems to not want to be there and gets a very forceful tone. it puts customers in a bad mood and genuinely ruins your experience. She's also very unhelpful. I hope everyone will have a different experience.

Went to return flip flops not worn for another brand as it was the wrong size and color 2 days after Christmas. There was no receipt but tag was still on and in original condition. The store clerk would not even do an exchange. for an

Incredible service and wonderful staff. I may be biased because I worked there before I moved, but Manni (the manager) created such a healthy and welcoming work environment not only for staff but for customers too! If there’s any place you’d want to buy shoes from, it’s this Clark’s location!
