I called the store looking for dog collars for my Fur-Babies. No luck online. I called a few Coach Outlets and the associates was very rude. I called St. Augustine store a Ms. Anne Marie answered the the phone. She went above and beyond to help me and send me picture's. I was able to purchase through a link that was sent to my email. Thanks so much.

On Tuesday, January 28th I went to return items and look around. Another customer came in and asked about the new denim collection that hadn't been released yet. One associate said to another associate that it was close enough to the release date and that she could show the customer the item. They only showed her the item by asking her to come to a corner in the back of the store. They took down her name and wouldn't show anyone else. They need to offer all customers the same opportunities and shopping experience.
