Colonial Oak Music Park is a secret spot and a great place tucked away in the Colonial Quarter on St George Street in historic downtown St. Augustine. It is easy to miss, with no neon lights and an unassuming entrance that opens into a beautiful, seemingly private courtyard under a majestic 300-year-old oak tree. This outdoor venue, part of the Saint Augustine Seafood Company, is the best outdoor venue in town and a community music park where entrance is almost always free. The venue features some of North Florida’s best musical talent and occasional professional touring artists from many different genres, from country-western bands to AC/DC cover bands. The music is great, though it is always secondary to the atmosphere of the place. The atmosphere is all atmosphere, with string lights giving a festive glow at night. The crowd can be pretty tame or wild and off the chain, including everything from seasoned citizens to bikers, families to sorority girls, all smiling and dancing. There is a great bar with the best bar service in St. Augustine, where drinks are not overpriced and not watered down. Good food comes from the seafood kitchen. The staff is the best, with amazing service all around. It is a place to relax for a while, listen to music, have a drink, and enjoy the general good spirit. This place is all atmosphere and a fun time, and you would be doing yourself a disservice not to visit.
You must come here to watch a band there's an amazing great oak tree in the middle of the music park its just gorgeous and such a good time! There's alcohol and food sold here that's great also.
