Colonial Quarter is one of the best live music venues in downtown St. Augustine. The atmosphere is unbeatable—right in the heart of the historic district with a unique open-air setting that makes every show feel special. The sound quality was excellent, and the stage setup allowed for great views no matter where you were standing.
The venue has a fun, lively vibe but still feels relaxed, making it a perfect place to enjoy music with friends. Being surrounded by history while watching talented performers created a one-of-a-kind experience.
If you’re looking for a great night out in St. Augustine, Colonial Quarter should be at the top of your list.

As a fellow Aaron, our guide, Aaron, did a fantastic job and made it very enjoyable, funny, and educational during the tour and showing how life was like.

Truly a great day spent walking around the area and seeing so much history and the live activities are so fascinating to watch.

This historic district (and the larger Old Town), some kitsch aside, is an absolute must for historians and architectural historians. There’s a mixture here of original and reconstructed buildings, not that different from Williamsburg in Virginia. It fits together to harmonious effect. Even if the authenticity is only adequate in areas, the architectural ensemble is beautiful. There are plenty of distractions to keep you busy, and there are good places to eat and stay overnight. Remember, this is a working town, not a theme park. Respect private property.

Cooper was amazing! Not a super long tour, but the presentation was worth it. Got combo tickets with pirate museum and felt it was totally worth it. Plus lots of shade!

It is a very lovely place with a lot of charm. As usual business and shops are predominant

Of all the guided tours we did in St Augustine, this was by far the best one. So engaging, informative, & interesting. Great for kids. Highly recommend.

We did this experience after the pirate museum. The museum was great. The interactions in the colonial was amazing. We definitely had the best tour guide Cooper, he was a blast. Glad we chose to do this experience. Great history of the early beginnings of St. Augustine.

Worse service I have ever experience, tell us to choose a table and both servers just walked past us never asked if we needed anything we got up and left after 20 mins.

Great little educational experience fun for kids and adults. My sons and I enjoyed the presentation by a very knowledgeable guide that kept the audience engaged and entertained. The grounds are fun and interesting to explore with kids. I recommend visiting for anyone who loves history!

We did the Colonial Quarter and Pirate Museum combo tour, and unfortunately, it didn’t live up to the hype. After reading so many positive reviews, we were really looking forward to it, but the experience was underwhelming. The tour guide was friendly and informative, but the overall tour lacked excitement and interactivity.
We didn’t get to experience many of the hands-on elements or immersive features that others mentioned in reviews. It felt like we were just being walked through the motions. For the price we paid, we expected a lot more. We left feeling disappointed and like we didn’t get our money’s worth. Would not recommend this combination unless changes are made to make it more engaging.

I am sure I can not be the only one that enjoyed Coopers presentation of this experience! He was hilarious and extreamly engaging! We were not sure what we would do while in the area and I’m so glad we choose this. You def want to do this with a tour which are done a certain times but well worth the planning. My 9yr old loved it and was answering and asking all the questions he could think of.

Cooper was the best tour guide ever. A great experience.
