In town for business and my laptop died. I brought it to computer doctor and they got it going again, and cleaned everything up nicely. The price for the work was amazing. Highly recommend!

Great business overall. Gaming PC problems, lag, setup advice, send them here for a quick diagnostic.Even if you just want to double check, it's more than worth the $35 to have the experienced tech look it over.He gave me his time, and whats more a peace of mind that my problem is identified properly with confidence.I learned a few things too. ?Great experience. First place I will call when I have any problems. Wholesome service and real down to earth folks.

Work laptop froze up with a virus telling me to call an 888 number immediately to get rid of virus. I called twice and both times call was answered by someone probably in India so I hung up both times because I can't understand them. Took laptop to the Computer Doctors and was told it's a good thing we didn't talk to them as this is a scam. Took Jessica less than a minute and she had it removed and sent me in my way. I know where our future business is going to be sent. Thanks so much.

I dropped off my Mac Pro with a damaged screen. The computer was ready the very next day early afternoon!! (even after ordering the parts ) Very reasonable price and kind customer service. Highly recommend this place and will be back if I ever need to!!!

I'll start by saying I've never been so angry at a business before. They're nice, but their customer service could use some work. This is the first and last time I'll be using this business, and you'd be better off taking your business elsewhere. Here's the story: My partner and I brought my PC into their shop - it was turning off fully within 10 minutes of booting. My partner has had nothing but good experiences with them, and since he's an IT professional, I agreed. They initially told us it was a fan issue and replaced the fan, charging us surprisingly little for the replacement. I brought it home on a Friday and booted it up that night. Once again, the PC fully shut down, but did last longer that time around. We brought the PC back that Monday, and they said they'd do an extensive investigation into the matter. As it turns out, the motherboard was having issues. No problem. They told us they'd order the same motherboard, install it, and let us know when it was done. One week passes, and we haven't heard anything. We call them, and they say the part still isn't in. No worries. Two weeks pass, and we haven't heard anything. We call them, and it goes to voicemail. To their credit, we did deal with Hurricane Ian later that week, and I wouldn't blame them if they took precautions and shut the store down early. Truly, I wouldn't. It's now the third week I've been without my PC. We've been calling endlessly, they haven't answered. We've left messages, they haven't been returned. I went there myself on a Wednesday, around 3:45 pm. Their hours are Monday-Friday, 9 am - 5 pm, so they should've been open. I try the door, and to my disbelief, it was locked. The people who work there are so incredibly nice. They've been nothing but kind to us (when we could actually get in contact with them). But this has really set the bar to a new low as far as customer service is concerned.
