“Called in with a laptop charger that wasn’t working. Steve gave me some advice on the phone then I went to the store to get a new charger.He plugged it in and turns out it wasn’t broken. We talked for a few minutes and verified that it worked well. Turns out one or two outlets at my house won’t run the charger for some reason. I offered a tip but he didn't accept. 10/10”
