“Flicker Thomas of Flickertronics is great. He came to our house to resolve a virus problem on our PC. He diligently worked through our PC, cleaning up extraneous programs, locating the viral adds and installing an anti-virus program. The next day, our e-mail was receiving adds that appeared as e-mails which could not be deleated. The anti-virus program blocked them, but I could not remove them. I called him and he walked me through how to remove and block future advertisement phishing attempts, spending 25 min. He is extremely patient, as I am not very tech savy. What a nice knowledgable patient guy. I highly recommend him.”

“Called in with a laptop charger that wasn’t working. Steve gave me some advice on the phone then I went to the store to get a new charger. He plugged it in and turns out it wasn’t broken. We talked for a few minutes and verified that it worked well. Turns out one or two outlets at my house won’t run the charger for some reason. I offered a tip but he didn't accept. 10/10”
