Love this store! Kimberly B. was amazing from the moment I walked in. Super friendly and helpful. She helped me find some fabulous new outfits. The store has great, unique clothing at an affordable price. And I love the jewelry selection. The only downside is having to make a choice among all of the fabulous clothes they have! Will definitely be back next time we are in town. Cottonways is my new FAVE!

What a fun experience we found in this awesome spot in St. Augustine! During our art teacher conference tour, we popped by the store to find so much stylish clothing and jewelry. Our group fell in love with the circles linen dresses. Great customer service and such fun apparel- We'll be back soon to get some fun jewelry. Thanks, Cottonways!

I love this shop. On vacation and wondered in and so glad I did. They had so many cute and beautiful dresses for all occasions. I love the jewelry here. Kim was so helpful in helping me decide what would look good on me. She picked out perfect colors that looked great on me and necklaces to match. This store is amazing and will shop online in the future.

I don't typically leave reviews. But I felt I should warn people. There's a rude woman with dark hair at the counter. Not sure if she's the owner or whatever, but wow. I walked in with my father and mother. She was horribly sarcastic when we greeted her as we walked in. Asked if we were looking for anything in particular. I said no, but asked if there were any sales, aside from what was outside. She said "No. That's it!" She fake smiled and then when the interaction was completed, she frowned and said something under breath. Because the atmosphere felt tense, I put back a dress on the outside sales rack where I got it from to not give them any of my business. She stood at the door with her arms crossed, shoulder on the door frame. I asked if all was okay since she was staring us down. She said "OH YES! Everything's just fine!" And we left. Y'all, I'm pretty sure she's not okay. There was no reason for how she acted. I won't say she's racist... she just can't be because she lives in a city founded by Spaniards. Anyway, horrible experience.

Shopped at this store yesterday and was so impressed with the variety of clothing they had. Kimberly went out of her way to help me find styles that would work for me. Excellent customer and a great sale going on. Will return when I'm in the area. Would love to see a Cottonways store somewhere close to The Villages!

I LOVE COTTONWAYS. I live in St. Augustine, Fl. It hot, humid, artistic and gorgeous. When I need something super fun, comfortable, and chic, I run to Cottonways and my favorite girl, Kim gets me into only the best. I always get tons of compliments on their beautiful clothes. Also , if you love good Italian linen, check out Cottonways.

My shopping experience was wonderful, at Cotton Ways.....all because of Kim and the great selection of clothes. Kim was very attentive, helping me find the correct sizes plus coordinating jewelry. I will be back soon.

I went in to this store today and I was stocked by the costumer service in this establishment. I was approached by a very rude, unfriendly employee. I own multiple business and would never allow for any employee of any of MY establishments be so cold, rude and dismissive to any customers. Business like this one should be closed immediately and will one day. Your number one priority is your customer and at this rate this establishment will not have any returning customer. BEWARE AND STAY AWAY. Sooo many other business out there that cherish their customers and are more deserving. Don’t contact me to change my comment as I want many people to know of my honest opinion and experience.

I can’t say enough about this store and staff! I’ve been shopping here since my daughter was a Freshman at Flagler! My experience is consistently positive (hard to find these days). Kim is excellent at what she does and always seems to find something I love that I wouldn’t have picked out for myself. I don’t usually write reviews but this store/staff is warm, helpful and have taken the time to know the merchandise.Highly recommend!

Love! love! love! Cottonways in downtown St Augustine!!! ? I’ve been back each year since 2017 when visiting friends. Their friendly staff always help me find the perfect gift to bring home. Visited Cottonways in St. Augustine today to exchange a dress purchased from a different location. Kim was so friendly, informative and helpful., I wound up purchasing a couple of outfits as well. There is a wide vatiety of clothing and colors. I have finally found the place that matches the style I love. Thanks again Kim!

As a loyal CottonWays customer for the past eight years, specifically at the St. Augustine location, I have the highest esteem for the integrity of those who work at that location. I absolutely LOVE LOVE CottonWays, their products, quality of merchandise, staff and customer service, especially Kim, the manager, and Cindy. It has become my obsession to the degree that I decided to count the number of items that I have purchased from them. I recently counted 7 skirts, 31 tops, mostly Megan’s and Dories and 13 pairs of slacks, mostly Lisa’s or Frankie’s. As a breast cancer survivor, the V-neck in the Megan and Dorie tops conceal many of my imperfections. I have worn their clothes to funerals, weddings, holiday events as well as for every-day activities and given many items to family members as gifts. Visiting this beautiful city as well as this establishment brings me joy every year. Bless them for their patience with vacationing patrons and their hospitality and customer support. See you soon!

Kim and Cindy were so attentive and went above and beyond to get the colors and sizes my sister and I needed in certain styles! I love these clothes...so pretty yet comfy...without fail, everywhere I go if I'm wearing Cottonways , I receive compliments!!
